He was so helpful, gave us recommendations on the best things to see/driving times, roads to avoid and even offered to take me for a test drive as it was my first time on a scooter! - Wandering NorthVancouver, Canada1,017 contributionsI used Mr. Ow for a one- way transfer from Esteli to Granada, traveling as a solo female traveler. It is possible to get between these two places by bus, but it would take a very long time and I was just interested in getting there quickly and comfortably. Mr. Ow was great. I thought his price was reasonable, he was on time, he was professional, a good driver, and also good company. - troy c1 contributionPacific tours drove my wife and I from Liberia, Costa Rica to Leon Nicaragua and back. They guided us at the Nicaragua/Costa Rica border crossing and all points in between. The drivers were friendly, helpful and very professional. We caught the 10:30am Ferry III. If you get seasick easily, try to get a bigger ferry so that you can have a smoother ride. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival and got a safely to the resort, very seemless. Driver was nice and professional. Car was new and clean. The places he suggested to go were fantastic! This is a high level, safe and friendly operation. I've also had the pleasure of scuba diving with Fidel many times, including a rescue diver course. He's a fantastic teacher and a great person. - geoMiami, FL2 contributionsI used their service the entire week I was in Nicaragua. They did a good job and we were safe and well cared for by Francisco.
My only disappointment was that the type of vehicle we were promised on the first day was not what we received and it made things a little more difficult, as we were going to an area with unpaved roads.
In any case, they did a good job and were mostly on time. They can be counted on for airport transportation-even with delayed flights. The love and pride they have for their country shows in every tour.

The driver was driving so fast at times I thought we were in trouble. The washrooms were so smelly and there was an unbearable smell throughout the bus. At some point the AC started to malfunction and water started coming down on all the passengers. It was the worst ride ever!
