- meltem eIzmir, Türkiye704 contributionsThis time we were at Belgrade just for overnight and had some rush to see most of it. However, when we arrive to Kalemegdan Fortress, that’s it. Danube, which is one the most important rivers in Europe was hugging the Sava River. Reminded me Mosel and Rhine at Deutsche Eck.
As the fortress on the upper part of the city, views was amazing.Written February 28, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It seems like a different city, one of my friends even saw some resemblance with Dubai.
The promenade next to the river is well-maintained and perfect for a stroll. I liked the light projections and wall paintings nearby as well.Written May 14, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
