- Rachel Z36 contributionsIt was very fun. It started with a lecture, and then the instructor gave us small lamps and used a large device with lighting to make the lamps glow from a distance. After that, we had an opportunity to touch a small lighting bolt, one that doesn’t hurt. The museum is small, but still, definitely worth visiting!Written October 19, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Barry CSalisbury, UK60 contributionsThis museum was not too far from where we were staying, so we decided to visit on the afternoon of our arrival.
The museum contains a wide range of equipment from industrial to home entertainment, including a ZX Spectrum + (our first computer) and the same type of calculator my brother and I nearly wrecked with washing up liquid around 1980. Aside from indulging in nostalgia, you can see how refrigerators, radios and TVs changed over the decades, marvel at an old church organ and enjoy models of steamships from the Serbian river fleet.
Downstairs was a range of old vehicles, including a few Zastavas, and a children's activity area, as well as one hall about the periodic table of the elements.Written July 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It was opened only days ago and some did not work (tornado model for example and the centrepiece globe projection) . There was a couple of VR headsets that you could queue for on floor 2 and there were 50 or so people queueing. Every floor has separate QR code security so we queued for the planetarium on floor 3. We eventually got through security to discover it was an empty theatre with nothing to see or do apart from sympathise with a disconsolate old space suit in a corner . It never occurred to the lady on security to tell folk there was no show and nothing to see. My advice go to the much better if a little tired museum Dorcul science museum. A little old and a wee bit tired but full of interesting stuff .Written January 2, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
