    Epic Scenery/Adventure with an Epic Tour Company/Guide
    This tour is a must if you want a day trip away from Belgrade. The scenery is just stunning and the speedboat ride was amazing. Also, the Golubac Fortress is a sight to behold. By taking the speedboat you get right up close to the narrowest section of the Danube and to the other sights along the river ( a huge rock sculpture, Trajan's Plaque, monastery, etc ) - which is not really possible from just driving along the road.

    The tour guide Nina is so friendly and professional and really knows so much about Serbian history and culture. Our driver Ranko made us all feel safe whilst driving along some twisty country roads. Nina showed us the best spots to take our photos and was very assistive throughout the tour and very willing to answer all/any questions. Also, a lovely meal in a traditional Serbian restaurant in a beautiful setting. Cold water available to assist in cooling us down and some rakia to taste as well. These are really nice additional touches that help to make the tour so memorable.

    During my time ( 1st visit ) in Serbia i ended up doing 4 Tours ( each away from Belgrade ) with Serbia Inspired Tours and the tour guides Nina and Jelena and the drivers Ranko and Vladica were all amazing and so friendly and assistive and made some long travel journeys fly by.

    I cannot recommend SIT enough and have had so many memorable experiences from using their tour company. I enjoy getting away from the cities and seeing the countryside and nature up close and they have a great variety of trips to choose between. This particular tour just pipped my visit ( again with SIT ) to Uvac Nature Reserve , but i would highly recommend the Uvac Canyon trip if you love nature, combined with some hiking, river cruising, and a cave visit.

    I will leave a review for the other 3 trips i made with this tour company but every trip was a 5 Star ( more if i could give them !! ) trip and the ' family ' hospitality is not something you often experience with other tour companies on their day trips.

    I would love to visit Serbia again and take some more tours with SIT as i have had such wonderful experiences and seen some unigue sights ( eg that House on the Drina river etc ). Stuart C

    Excellent way to explore Northern Serbia
    Great day out exploring Northern Serbia. It was good that all the "tour" stuff was in the morning and then we had two hours in Novi Sad to have lunch and explore for two hours from about 1.45pm. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Totally recommend as a day trip from Belgrade.

    Eastern Serbia Monasteries, cave & Waterfall
    We had an EXCELLENT guide called Konstantin who was very knowledgeable about everything - history, geography, religions and foods. He is an excellent driver and we felt safe. He is kind and thoughtful and all our needs were met. He gave us ample time at each monastery and cave and the delicious lunch at the waterfall. The drive through the country is nice and we loved getting picked up at our hotel.

    If you don’t want to live in Serbia, don’t book this tour!
    Perfect tour to see some of the beautiful nature of Serbia. Milan was an excellent tour guide - he was funny, has a lot of interesting stories to tell about Serbia, very kind and warm-hearted and he drove us safely from the one spectacular view to another. He is passionate about his country and now I want to live in Serbia, haha. I loved the small details like a fresh raspberry juice at the rivers house and the local breakfast we got on our way to Mokra Gora. I will definitely come back and see this part of Serbia again.

    truly fabulous tour guide | a wonderful day exploring Serbia | highly recommended
    This is a trip which is highly recommended to anyone interested in seeing the incredible transitions in landscape Serbia offers to those curious enough to explore this great country, The change from the rolling plains of Vojvodina to the mountains of the western regions is dramatic, and the choice of stops along the route of this (quite long) day trip is well considered; the charm and invention of Emir Kusturica's Drveni Grad (Wooden Town), the wild exposure of the House on the Drina, and the incredible civil engineering achievements of the Sarganska Osmica (Sargan 8 railway) were all very memorable experiences.
    We were guided and driven by Uros, who was both charming and deeply knowledgable about the history and geography of his country, and put everything we saw - and much more - into serious context. Uros is a paradigm for all tour guides, and we cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and caring attitude to our group of travellers.

    Excellent Trip and Value!
    The guide was wonderful and had a detailed knowledge of the unesco site. Very pleasant to work with and was able to provide an in depth understanding of not only the site but also the history of Serbia. Would recommend this trip highly!

    Great transfer and tour guide
    Let me start with our driver, Vedad. He was so kind and shared his incredible story during our drive. Getting to chat with him was worth the tour alone! The drive was easy and we got to see great historical landmarks along the way.

    Amazing Sights with amazing Tour Guide and Driver
    This was the 1st of 4 day trips i did with Serbia Inspired Tours and each was just an absolutely amazing experience. This tour has beautiful sights/scenery and a unigue ' House on a River ' which we even managed to enter ( via a very short boat ride ). My tour guide was Jelena and i cannot overstate her friendliness, professionalism, knowledge of Serbia and its history and her willingness to assist in any way possible to make the day such a memorable experience. Jelena would assist in taking photos and showed us the best spots to take in the views for the ' holiday ' photos. It was a small group of 4 of us and it was great to chat to others rom different countries. Our driver Vladica drove us all safely along some quite twisty country roads.

    I had asked if a location not on the itinerary could be included and was delighted when Jelena said it would be ( once again demonstrating this tour company's ethos of assisting their visitors in every way they can ).

    We stopped at some amazing viewpoints to soak in the beautiful Serbian scenery, had a lovely meal in a local restaurant, did a short hike to a lovely viewpoint to get a special photo op of the Drina River and surrounding mountains.

    We were given tastings of 3 different rakia's and the shot glass to keep as a lovely souvenir from Serbia/SIT. So another lovely touch from this tour company. Picked up at my hotel and dropped off at same location so no need to worry about walking a distance to meet the tour bus.

    So, overall, an amazing tour in the company of an amazing Tour Guide ( Jelena ) and also not forgetting our driver. I will be bringing back home such a memorable experience of my time in Serbia made possible by the outstanding service and company of the tour guides from SIT.

    Put this company as your No 1 Tour Company when visiting Serbia. Stuart C

    An awesome experience that is a MUST DO while visiting Serbia
    The tour was amazing from beginning until the end. We had an experienced and all knowing tour guide that helped us with all the questions we had even if it wasn't tour related. Vladica was like a friend to me that I had known for years and we were having conversations all the time. From the history of serbia to the history of the river Danube I have learned a lot of things. After the tour in the castle we went for a boat trip to an astonishing nature reserve where you will witness nature to all its glory. I suggest this tour to everyone.
