Very large mall in the new part of town. There are many shops, as well as fast food outlets and cafes. It was quite lively during our visit.

On my way back from the Kalamegdan Park and Belgrade Fortress to my hotel, I noticed this attraction. I stopped by and looked around.

Took note of the price tags of the items displayed for sale and realized that this was not the time and place to shop! Just looking, not buying!

One of the older malls in Belgrade, but still one of the best. Parking can be full sometimes, especially on weekends, but it's usually not a long wait to enter.
    Great selection of shops.

A very lively daily market selling all that's fresh from fruit to fish and vegetables.
Plus lots of plants and flowers, clothing, bicycle parts and more.
Meet the locals, have a coffee in the nearby pedestrian streets and enjoy the Danube.
Parking can be problematic but there are possibilities along the river.
Bring your dictionary, because this is not a touristy market, it's the beating heart of Zemun !

Foreigners: do not expect high-end brands. For the country you are visiting, Zara is pretty much up there. The closest you can get to better rated brands are Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, CK...
The mall is clean, not crowded, limited number of coffee shops and restaurants, but all of them with great tasting food ("Monument" has great ice cream). Cinema is there too if you like big screen experience. It feels like the mall is a bit away from the centre and life of Belgrade, but it has a good transportation connection to major stops.
Nothing wrong with the mall, except people might have greater expectations from the mall named "Big Fashion"

Usually go there after visiting Skadarlija, to buy some fresh fruits, and get some sounds and smells of a local food market. Always lively! This time no purchasing, my friend from Austria was astonished seeing a butcher shop window with raw meat hanging behind the glass :)

Ada Mall is not just a shopping center, it is a shopping center with a soul. Amazing atmosphere, beautiful internal design and one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen. It is a place for the little and old ones. Go there to enjoy shopping and the lovely food and drinks. Definitely hands down the best mall in Belgrade.

Another museum for the history fan. It is a Serbian view of the war - and it can be used to see a conflict from another perspective and understanding. Quite neutrally - and that is a difficult thing - it is a lesson how a small state acts when under pressure of great powers. A people that are used to have been in wars for a very long time.
It got me thinking. As Swiss especially as the Swiss government was very quick to take sides against Serbia.
Even if you have a different opinion it is very healthy at least to see this museum. Most of the displays are also in English and are good to follow.
If you have time inform yourself before you come here as this is not a simple conflict to understand.
P.S. It is free to visit and don't be scared of the soldiers protecting it, they very very friendly.

The oldest shopping mall in the city, a true trailblazer, still going strong inspite the competition.
    Nice shops, ample parking space.

Petar Lubarda's Legacy is very close to the Yugoslavian History Museum, so it can really be be interesting to visit both on the same day and complete your idea about the history of Yugoslavia, with the life and work of an important figure of the country. And the beautiful Hajd Park is just near to have a walk!
