- Anike KBromley, UK1 contributionThe trip was amazing, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, the weather was fantastic and even though the park seemed full of visitors like myself, I realised, it would have been much busier in the summer.
I clocked over 22,000 steps by the end of the day and my camera storage finally gave up as I couldn’t stop taking pictures. The views, lakes and waterfalls were awesome. The village of Rastoke was a good taster to what we would see at Plitvice.

- Llewellyn P1 contribution5 stars for the guide Lucijan and his punctuality , knowledge of Croatia , Bosnia and Slovenia. The drive from Croatia to Slovenia was very enjoyable, safe and informative.
Lucijan is fluent in English , a safe driver and provided a professional top level to everyone during the tour. The tours as worth the money spent since we were given an excellent and detailed description on the sights, culture, people & food of Slovenia

I liked exploring them. I took some nice photos and enjoyed the trip.
The guide was great; he speaks English very well, it was interesting to talk to him, and he shared some interesting information about Rastoke, Plitvice, and some tourist attractions in Zagreb as well. Our group was small - 5 people; I like small groups, so it made the trip even better. The car was comfortable. Also, the guide cared: when we were on a crossroad in Plitvice lakes, he asked if we wanted to take a shorter path (in case we got tired) or a bit longer. He made sure we saw all the best views, even stopping to point out some little things that we may have missed otherwise.
Our pick up point in Split was a central location near the old harbor (our hotel was on a street too narrow for the bus) but then we were dropped off in Zagreb directly at our hotel. Very convenient.

We we’re personally accompanied by Igor and Tomo during our trip. It’s a pretty long drive and the conversations with Igor really made it seem short! He is definitely one the best tour guides I have had. He’s really informative and nice. Throughout the walk in plitvice Igor insisted on carrying the baby’s stroller so we could have a good look at the national park! Very rare that you find such amazing warm hearted people! Even post trip he kept suggesting soo many places and personal favours to me! People like him are the reason We love the country and it’s people. Had a chance to speak and get to know Tomo as well! Never realised throughout the trip that he was the owner! Really humble and down to earth guy! Even when we showed them our other plans and tours, they never criticised the other companies and always said that they were good. Shows you that they are genuine gentlemen! Was extremely happy to have been with them! Will be definitely going back to Croatia soon and will be with these guys! We started the tour as clients but ended it as friends. Karlo tailored the walking over varied terrain to meet our pace and needs. We learned so much about the history and morphology of the park’s varied and exquisite features. On the trip to the park and on the return to Zagreb, we learned much about the country and about Zagreb. And Karlo shared his own life story and that of his family as did we to him. One of many of the special features of this tour was his sharing of mostly homemade and utterly delicious charcuterie at a picnic spot in the park. He also provided spectacular weather for us ( we know Karlo will get this reference). The driver, Mr. Anto was so helpfull during the whole trip, besides the Monkey Park, he showed us some secluded sites which weren’t in itinerary of the trip + the van was basically brand new with free We-Fi and completely equipped. There are hundreds of other tourists and it was confusing at the beginning as we had to line up but were not sure what was happening. Then we got onto the little train and it was so much fun. Like being six again. At first I thought the train was travelling too fast to take in all the wonders that we were seeing. But then we did the walk around the cave and the formations were stunning, draw droopingly astounding. It is well worth braving the crowds. - Susan S99 contributionsOur tour guide Ned was awesome 😎... He was knowledgeable and. Kept us entertained the whole day. He provide us with water for our trip and even add some chocolate. The only time we were on our own was when we had lunch. Which by the was great as well. Sat outside looking out at the awesome ocean view.
