Definitely do this cooking class! Jorge was so personable and knowledgeable. We learned about cooking and about Peruvian food and made 2 dishes and 1 drink. 100% recommend this experience!

This class was an amazing way to understand and try the highlights of the world-renowned Peruvian cuisine! Our chef was Victor, who did an excellent job of describing each dish along the way, providing background and history of the dishes, and answering all our questions. It was so much fun to get involved with making the causa and ceviche. Everything we ate here was delicious and the meal was so substantial - we had to take leftovers home with us. This experience has been a highlight of the trip!

my friend and I had a wonderful wonderful cooking experience! The group was small, just five of us – – perfect for preparing local dishes which we then enjoyed eating. The chef was engaging and informative – – he had limited English but his assistant Chef was there to interpret his directions, and they were both very hands-on in assisting us to prepare the vegetables, the meat, and all of the spices that were used to prepare our traditional Peruvian food. Then we sat down to eat and enjoyed a delicious meal, two courses. There was no alcohol offered and I would suggest asking if you can bring your own bottle for your enjoyment. The location is on the ninth floor of a commercial building in the mirror floors area, very easy to find and very safe to walk at night. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This was a super-fun experience, thanks to Gaby and Chef Joseph. It was great preparing the ceviche and learning that much more work goes into it than we thought. And both the ceviche and the pisco sour we made with the help of our hosts were delicious. But mostly Gaby and Joseph were just fun people to hang out with. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Had a wonderful cooking class with Ricardo and Hector. Because of a strike, my visit to the market was shorter but worth it. From the pick up to my hotel to the food and the patience to answer all my questions, everything was great

I cook a lot at home but Peruvian food is mostly new to me so I learned a lot during the class to hopefully reproduce at home some of the dishes I’ve eaten since my arrival in Lima a few days before

Christian is an excellent chef and teacher. We participated in every step to prepare 4 traditional Peruvian dishes and a pisco sour. Each dish was delicious and unique. We were joined by another couple so our class was small and very fun. It was a wonderful way to spend our last day in Lima.

This tour company offers a personal experience. They are small but friendly and professional. It felt like I was dealing with family. I stop by the office because it was close to the hotel. Everyone spoke English and very helpful in planning on what to do with my limited time. I did the City Walking Tour solo. It was very personal as I was the only client but very reasonable price. The guide was full of information about the history, culture and city life. I did the Cooking Class with a friend. The tour of the market and the cooking class were super fun and interesting. Again the guide (same as the city tour) was very helpful and professional. The chef who taught the class (it was just my friend and I) enjoyed what he was doing and it was just a very fun experience.

This is a small, like-family tour company but provide excellent service, communication and options. Highly recommend!

Christian is a lovely fellow, excellent cook, and a patient and inspiring teacher. We had a fun visit to the local market where he taught me all about Peruvian produce and chose fruit and fish for our meal. Then we spent the rest of the morning in his fresh, cosy rooftop kitchen along with his able assistant Marta and another couple of clients. We made the most amazing food, I've never produced anything as good. The only problem was there was so much I couldn't eat it all. He also provides you with a link to recipes so you can try your skills at home. I'm going to attempt it with my son in law who's very enthusiastic to try Peruvian cuisine.

Sign up for cooking with Christian at SkyKitchen, you'll be glad you did!. Try to do it at the beginning of your Peru trip so you can better appreciate all the other meals you'll eat while you're there, Peruvian cuisine is great.

The experience started with a trip to a local coffee shop that grows and roasts its own beans. What a treat! I love coffee, and it was great to hear the different ways beans are harvest and to sample the effect on the flavor. I took a bunch of tours in Peru, and Jonathan was a true standout. His English was excellent, and he explained everything slowly and carefully. Can't recommend enough.

Honestly this was the most amazing experience. My daughter loved it, my dad who wasn’t interested in cooking class ended up loving it. Truly wasn’t a tourist experience, it felt like you really learned and experienced Peru cooking class from a local and not some business

what a wonderful experience with Martha today on our Peruvian Cooking viewing the Ocean, El Mercado and Fishing Center! Martha’s years of tour experience and knowledge of the Peruvian food and History - made thus a delightful time. The restaurant, Riviera Restaurant Lounge and its chef and staff were incredible. They created a lovely work area for us to make Pisco Sour, Ceviche and Causa! A wonderful memory for my family !! Thank you for the memories !!
