I want to share my experience of the incredible 4-day Inca Trail trek I did with my university friends, and I recommend Terra Quechua Peru 👈‼️highly enough as the best agency to undertake this thrilling journey. From the very beginning, the team provided exceptional support, ensuring that every detail of our trip was taken care of. They equipped us with all the necessary information about the trek, including recommended gear and acclimatization tips. Their professionalism was evident at every step, from the expert guides who shared fascinating stories about Inca culture to the chefs who amazed us with delicious meals in the heart of the mountains.

The experience of the Inca Trail was truly transformative. Over four days, we hiked through stunning landscapes, from lush cloud forests to majestic valleys, and passed by ancient archaeological sites that made us feel the history with every step. Each night, we camped in setups that exceeded our expectations, and the camaraderie of the group made each day even more special. The highlight, of course, was witnessing the sunrise over Machu Picchu, which left us breathless.

I wholeheartedly recommend Terra Quechua Peru for anyone seeking an authentic and well-organized experience on this magical path to the lost city of the Incas. It’s an adventure I will remember forever!

We travelled with Terra Quechua Peru to Laguna Humantay with my husband and friends from work, and it was amazing. The agency organised everything perfectly, from the transport to the hike. The trek was challenging but well worth it when we arrived at the stunning turquoise lagoon. The guide was excellent, sharing interesting facts about the region and history.
In addition to the hike, we enjoyed a deli
cious typical lunch and some of the group opted to ride horses part of the way. I highly recommend this agency (Terra Quechua Peru) for a well planned experience full of unforgettable moments.

Very lovely place to hang out and be in the midst of the city. Kept me busy for hours, which I needed and enjoyed. Beautiful place to watch the sunset.

What an amazing experience! The market was almost overwhelming with all the different vendors and products that includes local delicacies, textiles, handcrafts, produce …and even fresh meats. If you want to immerse yourself in local culture and cuisine, I highly recommend the market as a must when visiting Cusco. The people were so polite and even provided recommendations to local eateries. I would definitely come back.

A highlight of the visit to Cusco and a phenomenal example of cultural appropriation and the heavy handedness of conquest.

Fantastic- enormously instructive. A small, unpretentious place with a lot to say and a lot of beauty to observe (directly). Wonderful

I love chocolate! So when we found we had an extra day of acclimating before trekking through Peru, I booked the Bean to Bar workshop for my wife and I. Our "Willy Wonka" instructor was fabulous. She was funny, informative, and interacted with our entire group. We completed almost the entire process of making chocolate from picking our our beans, roasting them, peeling, making them into paste, and even more along the way. We had competitions and laughed throughout the tour. In the end, we were provided with our choice of dark or milk chocolate to mold and take home with us.

If you have a couple of extra hours in Cusco and you love chocolate, I highly recommend this tour.

Breathtaking interior and chapels. Some parts clearly more beautful than others- but overall a wonderful building full of history

The Terra Quechua Peru team not only took us to the Montaña de Colores, but immersed us in a profound cultural experience. Every step to the top was full of discoveries, from the unique flora and fauna to the changes in the landscape that reveal centuries of geological history. I highly recommend this agency not only for their professionalism and knowledge, but for their commitment to sustainable tourism that respects and protects this incredible natural environment.

The place has an amazing collection of artefacts, although the presentation gives a bit of an academic impression, educative yet not quite attractive. It could really use a bit of a freshening-up.

The tour will take you from the ground floor to the second one. The markings on the floor are signalling clearly the path one would take around the exhibition, which I found very helpful. At the end of the tour, on the teterrace, there are some merchants offering souvenirs.

Bach on the ground floor, if you're lucky, there will be some demonstration of weaving and crafting.
The highlight for me was at the end of the tour, in a room on the ground floor that is unfortunately easy to miss, where an exhibition of traditional instruments in combined with a live demo of a native man who makes their replicas in his own studio and would play them for you. His instruments are available for purchase, and while these won't be the cheapest souvenirs you could bring back home, they are unique and carefully hand-crafted, on a different level of quality and significance than the mass-produced knick-knacks you'll find in the markets. I whole heartedly recommand this exhibition and the purchase.

The experience in the Ausangate (5 days / 4 nights) with Terra Quechua Peru was on another level. The organization from the beginning was impeccable, and the guides were well informed and attentive to our needs. Each day surprised us with more impressive landscapes, especially when crossing the Abra de Palomani.
The views of the snow-capped mountains and turquoise lagoons were something I will never forget. The end of the trek, relaxing in the hot springs of Pacchanta, was perfect. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants to experience a unique adventure in Peru..
