Wow at last to be in Inca Land! So interesting and fabulous to be here with all the history. How on earth did the Incas manage to move these giant stones? Unbelievable. View from the ancient fortress looking down into Cuzco, amazing.

Surrounded by mountains and with some of its neighborhoods on the slopes of these mountains, the historic center of Cusco is a place of singular beauty.

I had the experience of doing the Inca Trail 4D / 3N with the company Terra Quechua Peru! I want to thank infinitely the guide Robert, he was fantastic, lively, patient and always concerned to provide all the relevant information...I had many doubts and never imagined it could be so difficult. It is a good hike An experience of a lifetime, the trail is amazing, the landscapes are incredible, there are many archaeological sites on the way to Machu Picchu, my favourite was the sun gate (inti punku).
I heard someone complaining that it was too crowded, but the truth is, we didn't see many people even walking, and yes, once you get to the city, it's crowded, but it's worth it. A unique memory. Thanks to all the Terra Quechua Peru team.

Beautiful Cathedral and well worth a visit but like all cathedrals, they are all beautiful. Staying in Cuzco though, you had to go see it.

Great neighbourhood with lots of beautiful shops displaying artwork. Less busy than the central square. Be sure to walk to the viewpoint for a view of Cusco and the mountains that surround.

Added this to my agenda at the last minute.
Hence booked it through GA adventures.

The experience was nothing short of incredible.

GA adventures guides (I don’t recall their names ) were very great.

I think the breakfast and lunch can be improved.

My friends and I did the Ausangate trek of 6 days and 5 nights at the end of October this year, we did it with Local Trekkers Peru, and we could not have chosen better. Alberto, the manager, provided us with good quality camping equipment with 4-season tents, inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags that kept us very warm during the cold nights. Our guide was Roberto, who was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing fascinating stories about the region while taking us through amazing landscapes. Choosing strategic campsites allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty that this part of the Andes offers. Plus, the attention to detail. Aurelio was our muleteer, In charge of transporting all the logistics that make this trek possible, he was always in a good mood and ready to help us with everything we needed. Our Cook was Timoteo, his food was great, abundant for everyone in the group and of course very delicious, thank you very much Timoteo for feeding us very well during this challenge and for having made each day a memorable experience. That is why we would highly recommend Local Trekkers Peru to anyone looking to explore the Ausangate Park and its surrounding areas. Thank you for making this trip an unforgettable adventure. We hope to travel again with this agency in the future!"

This was an interesting church. It was very pretty inside. You can take the steps to the tower and look out over the plaza. It is a great view. Admission is 12 soles or about $3 US. The view from the tower is worth it.

Tipon is a great place to visit! The incredible Incan ruins are a must-see, and the stunning mountain views are breathtaking. The locals are friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious. The activities available are varied, from walking and hiking to rafting and zip-lining. The accommodations are comfortable and reasonably priced, making it a great place for families to stay. We had a wonderful time exploring the ruins, trying the local cuisine, and taking advantage of the outdoor activities. We highly recommend Tipon to any family looking for a unique and exciting vacation destination.

Had a 🍄 massage and chakra balancing session with Rafa. He has such beautiful flow and skill. I felt very safe and respected throughout the entire session. The experience left me feeling healed both physically and spiritually. I enjoyed the experience so much I booked again for another bodywork session when I returned from a trek. Could not recommend enough!

We did the 4D3N Cusco/ Sacred Valley/ Machu Picchu tour by rail and 1 day Lake Humantay trek from Cusco. Airport transfers and hotels were included. The entire trip was flawlessly orchestrated and the co-ordination among tour guides and drivers was excellent. On 3/5 days we actually got a private tour (with 2 different guides) who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable in the high altitude and were able to pace ourselves. On the day of the trek to Lake Humantay, they took us to a place at the base of the trekking area and a chef (who went with us) cooked breakfast (before the trek) and lunch (after the trek) for us, customized for us (vegetarian but traditional Peruvian food). These areas are not easy to navigate on one’s own, especially if you are traveling with children, and having a great tour company is essential. Alpaca does a very good job at ensuring the best possible experience for its customers. Highly recommend!

When we booked this tour with Gabriel we didn’t really know what to expect because it was our first day in Cusco. However, it was such a lovely experience that we will never forget. We feel like we got a special taste of Cusco that we never would have gotten otherwise. The horses were so beautifully behaved, the views were unreal, and Gabriel’s knowledge of the area and of the history was priceless. Not to mention the fact that we got our own private tour just by luck because the other tourists called sick at the last minute. We are sooo grateful for Gabriel’s kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!!
