    Amazing Machu Picchu trip
    We booked through the Machu Picchu Latin America tours after reading the amazing reviews so I thought it was only fair to return the favor. The tour guys contacted us a day before our trip to know where we would need the pickup from and gave up prompt instructions on where they will meet us. The next day they promptly picked us up and took us all around the sacred valley and finally dropped us to the costa dome train… the train ride was amazing. Once we reached acguas calientes they checked us in to the hotel and we had the evening to ourselves to explore the town. In the morning our guide Fabrizio picked us up at the hotel and took us to the amazing Machu Picchu ruins. He explained everything in detail. We loved every part of our tour. Fabrizio and his team are doing an amazing job .. theirs is a small company but a great one nonetheless.. you can expect the most amazing time while in Cusco and Machu Picchu… I highly recommend using their tours when in Peru. Thank you for the lovely memories of a lifetime.

    Awesome ATV tour with amazing views
    This was a very fun and amazing ATV tour to Rainbow Mountain with amazing views along the way. I was promptly picked up early in the morning by our guide, Beto. He was an amazing guide and looked after us all day. The tour includes breakfast and lunch buffets and is actually pretty good. The altitude for Rainbow Mountain is very high (approximately 15,000 feet) so be sure to take altitude sickness pills and drink lots of cocoa tea. Once you take the ATV’s to the top, you have the option to either hike the rest of the way or to pay 80 soles round trip to take motorbikes. Everyone in our group chose motorbikes and that in itself was another fun ride up. Once you get to the top you can take pictures close to the mountain, but be prepared to wait in a long line. Beto said that we could only stay 45 minutes there due to the extreme elevation. I would highly suggest taking this tour with Beto as your tour guide and this company vs doing the actual hike.

    Inca 4 day hike
    One of the most challenging but rewarding experiences! Highly recommend going with TreXperience!! The cook, porters and esp the guides- Jhony and Rosalina- were amazing and made the trip wonderful. It was a struggle but they were so encouraging and helpful. Jhony especially is so good with all ages and brings a world of experience to the hike. We were a group of 13 with young adults in their 20s and older adults in their 50s. Friends and family.

    Short Inca Trail w/ Hotel - DO THIS TREK!
    I cannot say enough about Alpaca Expeditions and, specifically, our guide Alexander! Not being an advanced hiker and having asthma, I was concerned about the hike; however, this short inca trail was the perfect mix of hiking with stunning views, challenging myself, and getting to enjoy the experience. Alex was so patient with us every time we needed to slow down or take a break and he never let us doubt ourselves.

    As a company, Alpaca Expeditions was incredible. They were extremely organized and you can tell they are passionate about their country and showing off the best of Peru for their customers. From check-in through drop off at our hotel after the trip, there was nothing they hadn't thought of. We were provided an amazing (and unexpected) breakfast at the porter house prior to boarding our train as well as snacks and water throughout the hike. Our chef, Urbano, made us an incredible feast for lunch of lomo saltado, incan corn, avocado salad, and more. He even cooked around my dietary restrictions. I never would have guessed I was in the middle of a campsite based on the quality of the food!

    We opted for the hike with a night in a hotel in Aguas Calientes and were so grateful for the dinner in town and shower! The tour of Machu Picchu the second day was also nothing short of amazing. Alex had extensive knowledge of Machu Picchu's history and we loved the tour.

    Beyond just an amazing 2 day trip, Alpaca Expeditions and Alex went above beyond helping my fiance plan the most incredible surprise proposal when we got to Machu Picchu on day 2 and I cannot thank them enough. They helped us make a very memorable trip turn into even more. I know it was a lot of extra coordination so I cannot thank them enough for letting us detour from the original plan a little bit :)

    Highly recommend this tour!
    Exceptional tour! Everyone involved in this tour was so friendly, and helpful, from the pickup to the tour guide then the drop off! Henry, who picked us up from our hotel, was so kind and patient when I was not feeling well with elevation sickness. Henry, our tour guide, is also very knowledgeable and kind enough to take a ton of photos, we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide! Highly recommend!

    Amazing trip Amazing views. Amazing tour
    MY FAMILY OF 9 HAD AN AMAZING TIME. AGES 8-45. THE RIDES TO THE BUS AND TRAIN WERE ALL SET UP FOR US. EVERYTHING WENT AS SCHEDULED WITHOUT ANY ISSUE. THE GUIDE WAS AMAZING. HELPED EVERYONE TAKE GREAT PICTURES TOO. WE LEFT A PHONE ON THE BUS AND HE WAS ABLE TO EVEN GET THAT BACK FOR US. HE WENT A LITTLE SLOWER WHEN WE NEEDED IT. HE HAD SO MUCH INFORMATION. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!

    What a grand tour
    What a blast. We rode horses up to the top to spend more time for photos and looking around. Tour guides were very nice. Informative. Should’ve dressed warmer … was very windy and cold that day. Highly recommended.

    Sacred Valley Tour
    Jhony and Elvis were awesome. Brought us to amazing places with incredible views. Our group immediately felt comfortable with them and Jhony referred to us as family. Our trip to the Sacred Valley was an incredible experience. I would highly recommend Trexperience and more specifically Elvis and Jhony.

    The journey to heaven
    everything was a dream, the Alpaca office was always clarifying any doubt in a timely manner, the porters are magnificent guys always with a big smile Luis, Simeon, Edwin, Cesar, Edwin 2, the chef Ciriaco has been wonderful and the surprise of the trip, each meal was a delight better than any restaurant in Cusco. To finish our guide Adolfo Casillas was the fundamental part to finish the trip, without a doubt the passion and mysticism as he describes the landscapes, mountains, ruins, birds, flowers, traditions that he loves his work. responsibility and commitment is incomparable, a great human being! Alpaca Adventure provided us with a service, but also made us meet wonderful beings and new friends! Thanks Adolfo.

    One of the best tours we have taken
    Our tour guide was Jose and he did an amazing job of not only educating us, but being very patient and answering all the questions we asked to better understand the importance, rituals, connection and spiritual meaning at each site we visited. He always took his time and had a great attitude, offering additional information and insight beyond what we expected. Definitely one of the best tours we have ever taken.

    Definitely recommended.
    Excellent tour. I went on this excursion with the Chullos travel Peru agency and we had a great time! Our guide was very attentive and informative. The landscapes of the Humantay lagoon are the most beautiful I have seen in Cusco. The hike is difficult, don't underestimate it, about 2 kilometers of steep slope. The good thing is that there are horses to go up in case you get very tired, there are no horses to go down but the descent is not that difficult. Breakfast and lunch were delicious. Definitely recommended.😃👍

    Amazing and so worth it!
    This was an amazing tour! It was worth waking up early to beat the crowds. As we were leaving, the top of the mountain was getting so crowded. We were able to enjoy the views and take pictures with very few people there.

    It’s a very, very beautiful hike. The hike is mostly flat until the end but challenging due to the elevation. The steep climb during the last 20-30 min or so is a challenge — take it slow. You may feel sick at the summit but there are vendors selling coca tea and snacks (bring soles). We skipped Red Valley because my friend was experiencing some altitude sickness.

    Dress warm with layers. We experienced freezing snow and wind along with warm sun during our hike.

    Erika was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast and lunch were great too.
