- Sandy QMalibu, CA309 contributionsWhat an amazing chocolate tasting experience! Ivan was fantastic and it was like a legit wine tasting experience but with chocolate instead of a variety of reds ;) I ended up buying a lot of amazing chocolate and coffee. Highly recommended, and ask for Ivan!Written March 18, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- I13JAmarymPalm Desert, CA2,078 contributionsOlga Fisch Folklore is an absolutely beautiful store that is set back a bit from the street and looks out onto a landscaped garden. The garden is well cared for and is tranquil. My partner birded in the garden while I shopped. The store itself is bright and airy with lots of square footage to explore.
Prices are set and they are very reasonable. The quality is excellent. Everything in the store is made in Ecuador.
Ecuador is colorful in every direction. This store is filled with color, also-handbags, scarves, capes, jewelry. I spent over an hour in there and looked at everything and bought a ton!Written November 27, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RichfromDCWashington DC, DC105 contributionsHigh quality crafts including clothing, baskets, carvings, wall hangings, etc. This is a definite step up from the touristy artisan market nearby, but the prices for some items were less than what I saw elsewhere in my travels. The own is helpful and knowledgeable.Written October 1, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Store hours might be a bit hazy. Went once and they looked like they were about to close yet it was way before posted time. Other great shops in same mini mall. The family run business was quick to offer assistance and find different hats in their shop to fit the look he wanted. They showed us how they make the hats in their shop. The woman who helped us is a 4th generation hat maker. The hat is exactly what he wanted and the customer service was great. I highly recommend this shop.Written November 24, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
