Thanks to Paola at Happy Gringo, six weeks later we were on a beautiful boat exploring these magical islands, swimming with sea turtles and sea lions and enjoying a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
He chose the perfect place for us in the Amazon (the Napo Wildlife Center), a wonderful day tour in Quito and then a week in the Galapagos complete with amazing snorkel tours and a visit to 2 islands.

I took the city tour with Verónica and it was amazing :o) We were able to visit the main downtown monuments and attractions, hidden spots to test local cuisine and the best coffee in Quito.
She was very knowledgeable about Quito's history and also included extras such as a visit to an artisan chocolate shop and an old fashioned barber's under the Presidential Palace.

Galapagos trip
This is without doubt the best free walking tour that we have done in South America.Our guide Amelia was wonderful, her knowledge & passion of Ecuador & Cuenca made the tour so worthwhile & her English was superb.
