We left Chile with a taste of the country's history, it's wonderful food and drink and especially the warm hospitality of its people.
From meeting us at the airport on arrival and organising our peerless accommodation at W to visiting a variety of restaurants with delicious food and an array of wineries.

Mauricio then took us to a traditional Chilean restaurant where we feasted on an assortment of delicious food.
Easy to drink and great as an Apertif: House of Morande Sauvignon blanc, and Casas Del Bosque Sauvignon Blanc.

We especially appreciated Attilo & Mochi with the great food & conversation with Angela and their special wines.
Of course, I purchased some to take home… Everyone knows you can’t just drink wine all day without a hearty meal to soak it all up.

The scenery was incredible (helped by it being a bright, dry day, if rather windy) and at the end the provision of food and drinks was generous - highly recommended!
Everyone was given twenty minutes to explore the area on their own and then we had to meet back up as a group to drink wine and eat cheese.
