A food tour and cooking class with Noelle is a great way to spend a day in Santiago, learning more about the food and culture first-hand, while enjoying some wonderful food and drink as well!
We went with Noelle to the food markets to find the ingredients needed for our class, the menu was chosen for us between the options and Noelle is a wonderful cooker, everything was so delicious.

The scenery was incredible (helped by it being a bright, dry day, if rather windy) and at the end the provision of food and drinks was generous - highly recommended!
Everyone was given twenty minutes to explore the area on their own and then we had to meet back up as a group to drink wine and eat cheese.

Chile is famous for producing wine, but this winery is simply amazing.. huge area, amazing gardens, very delicious food.. the business room is great and a local dancing band came for our event and it was amazing.
The courtyard garden behind the restaurant is full of roses and other flowers and there's a delightful shaded verandah to enjoy a drink.
