Would have liked a bit longer here as we had a coffee on the upstairs terrace over looking the gardens which meant we had very little time to explore the museum which is full of interesting displays & photo's.
The museum started as the collection of Antonio Felmer and now in a second generation, the family has put up this museum illustrating the life of the colonists families that arrived to the area in the 19th century.

Really enjoy this persons story, the owner of this museum started this as a collector's dream and now it has the support of local authorities and it is an amazing place to visit with lots of stories and history.
This whole place is a piece of art, from the outside architecture to the framing on his drawings inside.

We even had the chance to have a chat with don Bernardo Eggers, founder and owner of the museum, who told us the history of the place and shows in every word how much he loves the place.
Located near the Argentina/Chile border, right on the main highway, this museum has the largest collection of Studebakers outside the state of Indiana.

Really cool museum, everything was in excellent shape, the guide we had was amazing.
Climb the narrow steps to the attic which houses artifacts and implements from the period.

This is a small and charming historical museum that presents displays of the earliest human settlements of Chiloé through the Spanish era to modern times.
An interesting collection of Chilote items, from pre-history to native populations to Spanish and post-Spanish periods.
