Gardens by the bay, was stunning everywhere was lush and vibrant colour. You could sit and relax in the gardens for hours, very open spaces. We would definitely go there again, we left it till the last day so wish we had more time to take in more of the ambience.

We only spent a couple of hours here, but we could so easily have spent most of the day here. The Gardens are free to enter, but there are additional charges for the Orchid Garden. It is worth the entrance fee of 15 Singapore dollars for an adult and 3 Singapore dollars if over 60. The Orchid Garden is amazing, and there are so many beautiful varieties of Orchid. The Rainforest walk is also worth it, and keep an eye out for squirrels, etc. We will certainly be coming back here when we return to Singapore.

We did this on an evening at the Gardens by the bay. We bought our tickets earlier in the evening and entered the Cloud forest around 8pm where we were able to walk straight in with no queuing. (Last admittance is 8.30pm). We had plenty of time to see everything, and we were out by 9pm. We were both completely wowed by the experience. There are plenty of toilts around and lots of photo opportunities. This is a MUST DO!

Beautiful zoo, would love for the animals to have more space like the bird pardise however i know this is hard with the area that is available. Would recommend doing.

Wow! We come to the National Orchid collection based within the world famous botanic gardens eveqrqy times we visit Singapore. Spectacular is almost an understatement! Beautifully displayed mainly in groups it’s impossible to rush around. There’s plenty of staff working in the collection keeping everything to a very high standard.
It can become very hot so best to go in the morning and if early enough the inevitable large groups can be avoided.
Whilst entrance to the Botanic Gardens is free, there is a small charge for admittance to the orchid collection with a reduced price for over 65s.
After wandering around the collection including the covered areas, there is a gift shop on exit.
Fully charged camera/mobile phone batteries are essential!
    Very highly recommended.

I was given the opportunity to tour the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. It was breathtaking. I was allowed to go outdoors and enjoy the spectacle at night. The artwork and soundtrack were amazing. I also went to the top-floor Wolfgang Puck restaurant's bar. The beverages were excellent, the service was excellent, and the view was breathtaking!

Great tour, it was alittle hard to tell in the dark and especially at the start of the tour there is two alternative ways and we wanted to see all of the park so we had to double back. We got to see a rare bat wild as well. I recommend walking the park and doing the shuttle as well as the Predators of the night show. Amazing! It's like the mix of the singapore zoo and the bird pardise. There was an awesome two man fire show! Very entertaining.

There's so much to see here-there's a few different routes. I started at the boardwalk around the MacRitchie Reservoir before continuing onto an 11k loop. Once I got off the boardwalk it was pretty shaded. There are signs that indicate which path you're on and the distance to a landmark or other point which is helpful. The terrain is a little bumpy here and there, and there's not too much elevation. However, there are stretches of trail without exits. Good spot for running also. This is a very scenic and peaceful park

This park is wonderful and very well utilised by Singaporeans. Many activities for children as well as cafes and pet and dog grooming and dog training all by the seaside.

We actually had a late lunch at a Turkish cafe in the Park. then proceeded to walk through the park and sat down by the sea. The sea even though it is full of shipping tankers, it is still just wonderful to look out to the vast expanse of the ocean. It is so calming. We spend a relaxing while just watching the sea before continuing our walk. There is a lot of natural bushland as well with warnings about native monkeys. We did not see any. Just lots of happy Singaporeans enjoying the park.

If you are in the area of Marine Parade or nearby do drop by for an hour or two. You will enjoy it. There is even a Starbucks for some take away coffee while you enjoy the scenery.

It was a memorable trip. Good weather added an extra flavour. Walked around Clarke Quay and Merlion Park; it was simply a pleasure especially during evening. Tried few local dishes: Nasi Goreng Toolang @ Tash Tish Tosh, Durian and Duck Noodle soup; can still feel the taste.

It is possible to learn a considerable amount about the history of Singapore from Fort Canning. It’s a great place to visit, burn calories and relax. The one drawback for anyone with mobility problems is the many steps within the park. There’s certainly plenty to see with a very good museum, Raffles house and various military buildings one of which is now an hotel.
Just wandering around through the magnificent trees and grounds makes you forget that you are in the centre of the busy city state. There’s plenty of places to sit in the shade and when refreshment is called for, the Le Jardin cafe serves good food and snacks.
There’s a MRT station within walking distance. Toilets are available in the museum and Le Jardin.

Singapore zoo is separated into a number of different attractions. Having done the night safari we decided to give this a try. The park is divided into a number of zones themed around a particular river, for instance Amazon, Ganges, etc. This works quite well, but to be honest there are not many wow attractions. Having said that, as much as I hate the concept of zoos, it is a sadly inescapable fact that they now seem the only hope to preserve some of our most endangered species. So kudos to them for successfully breeding gharials, pandas and manatees. All three of these make for big ticket exhibits, although I wish the enclosures were a little larger. There are lots of fish tanks with exhibits large and small. Overall the park is well laid out and landscaped. Decent places to eat.
The river ride is so-so. It’s automated, so if something is happening the boat doesn’t stop. It’s also the only way to see some animals, like the jaguars and giant anteaters. If they are hiding you are out of luck.
As Singapore is so hot, most animals were flaked out. The night safari is a better bet if you want to see them in action. It’s mainly level walking. Expect to spend 2-3 hours here.
We travelled to and from downtown by Grab. We had to wait ages for our return ride.
Am I the only person who wonders why the zoo doesn’t offer a combined ticket for all the parks?

An interesting experience. It wasn't quite what I expected and it came across as more of Chinese mythology meets Disneyland! However, it was informative and an interesting park to walk around. Although it was open to walk around on a Monday, parts of it were closed. Entrance was free and there is an MRT station just a couple of minutes from the main gate. There is a noticeable incline up through the main gate into the park - be aware of this.

An interesting way to spend 20 minutes. Very peaceful and relaxing. The butterflies are Baribault but it’s the emergence tower (where the butterflies emerge from their cocoons) that is the most fascinating. You need to go through immigration and into the airport to get here. It’s in Terminal 3. Not well sign-posted, so ask for directions. A hidden treasure.
