I would always pass by this place and I still don't dare to try. Usually the opening will around the evening till night. And if you want to challenge, you can challenge both of the rides. One is like a huge huge swing, whereas the other one will shoot you up sky high

What a great indoor playground at Clarke Quay Central. It serves both fun for kiddos and relaxing time for parents as they have a good sofa to sit on while watching your little ones playing. And unlike other indoor playgrounds, this place doesn’t have any slides or any activity that requires bigger muscles (gross motor skills). Instead, the area is more on small wooden toys which encourages structured play like manipulative and construction for fine motor skills. Also serves an open-ended play for the great imagination of our little tots.

Good for a little day out with the kids. Clean and spacious with friendly, efficient staff. We were cordially greeted by this staff and kids were in high spirits.

My sister had purchased a package for Children' Day that included activities like balloon sculpturing, a scavenger hunt, popcorn and cotton candy.

Upon checking, we were told that the popcorn and cotton candy were not in stock and there was no effort made to replace it with anything else or to inform us upfront. This was a bit disappointing and unprofessional we thought.

The scavenger hunt could have been better organised too. There were no proper clues and some parents helping their kids to find the hidden items. This should not have been allowed unless within the aims of the game i.e. to bond parents with kids. Further, a scavenger hunt needs to have clues leading to the hidden items. Kids were told to search high and low. This was not good enough as a clue.

A little goodie bag was given out at the end. It contained a lollipop that could light up.

As a replacement for the missing items i.e. popcorn and cotton candy, my sister had bought the very same lollipop from the cafe. It would have been good if effort had been made to inform that the lollipop was already included in the goodie bag; to avoid buying a duplicate item.

On the whole, I'd say not value for money and there is room for improvement when managing the games and communicating with patrons.

This was a birthday treat for hubby. We loved the seats it's so comfy and big plus there are pillow and blanket given. You can order foods and drinks from where you are seated. 1st class service, we will go again. It was an awesome experience.

I was there on a Sunday. I booked the 10am slot and it was crowded. The checking in portion took quite some time. The lady in charge was visibly frazzled by how busy the whole place was and was literally snapping at all the customers. I mean, why are you frustrated? We all booked timeslots online, she should have known how many people to expect.

The bistro did not open at 10.30am as promised, and service took extremely long. They closed the bistro at around 11am, and we were chased out between 11.30am to 11.45am.

Honestly speaking, the kids had fun but the service staff left a lot to be desired.

In addition, it seemed like the staff were ill prepared in handling a weekend crowd. It was not a very pleasant experience.

Checked out the place on a weekday morning with our two kids. Oddly, while their web site opening hours state 1000 hrs, in reality, the first hour or so was packed with kids from a kindergarten, and the staff advised us to come back later at about noon. In other words; do call before going down - otherwise you might have to wait for the place to clear.

The place does offer a different type of interactive activities for kids rather than the usual indoor type of playground. There's role-playing activities, building blocks, and even costume dressing - and all very social as the kids mingle and play with each other. The place is also of a nice roughly rectangular shape, so it's easy for parents to keep an eye on their kids without having to strain too much. Staff are also very polite and are comfy with kids too. Costumes are a little old and worn though, and could use replacements soon.

On the overall; great for a first visit and the kids can easily spend about 2 hours in it before they start to get a little bored.

Overall concept is fun and interesting. It gives a good sense of fulfillment as many of us never paint like this before. However, the food can be much better as the steak is overcooked and the fish is ok. The dessert is the best of all the dishes but the small snacks in general are of good quality.
