I have never been serious about exercising before this. However, amore gym makes me feel comfortable not crowded and messy. Plus point it’s a ladies only gym. Through staff Melissa’s detailed and patiently explaining the package and facilities available, I signed up my membership. Melissa made me feel motivated that Amore is a good gym as she ask for information and understand my exercise habits and recommended where I should start which class I shout try. For thankful to her as she is willing to listen to feel back and do her best to clear my doubts or prove a solution. Just like once I informed her that Tampines 1 classes scheduled are not attractive and that I had book class at another outlet but due my husband grand mother past away and due to my busy schedule I had no time to call and cancel the class booking Melissa told me not to worry and she will settle for me. She is fantastic at what she does definitely is a asset to the company. - Jan H38 contributionsWhile taxi driver claimed he was never here before he found it anyway. And from the outside place is nothing special, get over it. Once inside, out of the lift, it’s like stepping in another world. Nicely set, very decent design and calming environment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and matches the great experience you came here for. Just leave all the stress and fast living behind and enjoy the moment. Relax. Just be. And enjoy yourself. - Amanda Mac1 contributionYoga Mala has reframed what Yoga means to me. I took part in the YTT 200 at the beginning of this year thinking it would be the best way to improve my asana practice. I learned so much more than I bargained for and at such a good rate compared to other studios.
With the small class sizes, I received a lot of care and attention not only to my asana practice but learned to love and value pranayama along with the spiritual teachings. Meditation was something I always wanted to try but struggled with and Raj and Mien really supported us through the journey that I know incorporate it into my daily practice. I would have never thought this possible before this training.
My asana practice also improved as we learned about anatomy and that right muscles to engage when doing the poses. I'm also really comfortable teaching now and much of that is from the feedback I received during the course and through my practice hours.
If you are considering YTT, definitely go with Yoga Mala. - Linda W2 contributionsLast week I signed up for the 1 week unlimited pass for Space 2B and tried 6 of their classes! From Crystal bowls sound healing, to Gong therapy and Yoga nidra, I couldn't recommend this place more highly. All the teachers are wonderful and have their own personal style. The space is very comfortable, with super comfy pillows and cushions to match. I left each class feeling relaxed and renewed.
