- Roselle C52 contributionsTo enjoy the water spa you have two options. Either as a walk-in or as a guest. I went in as a hotel guest. It was a great addition as part of the hotel booking.
True enough you get to enjoy the water therapy, sauna and the pool. Just keep in mind that there the lap pool are used by actual swimmers so if you are just trying to bob in and out of water better stick to the water therapy pools.
It is fun try the different.water jets supposed to provide some sort of acupuncture massage if you bother to read the instruction on how to use each properly.
Overall, it something you can do in small, large or even by yourself. Security is there to keep everyone safe and follow pool area protocols.
If I have one area to suggest, it would be to improve the non-slippery tiles. We picked a weekday, Thursday to avoid long lines. True enough, we had fun doing seconds on the slides plus purchasing the ticket via Klook was worth it because the free meal that came with it was filling. They provided spaghetti, iced tea and a bar of ice cream.
If I may suggest, kindly add more shower rooms.

It mostly caters to barkadas and families with big kids since most of the pools were 4ft deep, and the giant slide requires guests to be at least 4ft high for you to use it. There was a small area for children which was 2ft deep. - KCheng1 contributionThe place is great when it comes to the pools; though man-made, they give lots of “being one with nature” vibe.
Be warned though that if you are expecting spacious accommodations, you wouldn’t find it here. A room with 2 bunk beds, which in my opinion could only accommodate 1 person per bed, was listed as accommodations for 8 persons.
There’s also the shower heater that doesn’t work. Despite calling the management’s attention regarding the non working heater, nothing was done.

And to my surprise it was so much Fun for my Kids.
Booking : No Online booking just call the contact number in their website and you will be book

Price : I don't want to say cheap but its practical (since it implies Low grade Resorts)
Room : Some are OLD some are new
>Since we only need a night to stay we choose 2500php room
>Room are big with 2 beds /Cable TV/ Bath room/AC/ Refrigerator
( Actually there are ranges of room to choose / with cooking / videoke. Bungalo or an up and down houses)
Facilities : This is where I gave it a very good mark (4star)
>14 pools / 11pools with slide / 1 with wave pool
> Water in the pool are clean and maintained
> Slides are for Kids and Adults ( but more slides for kids were my kids enjoy it so much)
> Great Landscape with nice Garden and flowers
> Their activity center ( for team building) are quite old but also maintained
> Aviary and aquarium are plus factor for kids
Staff: Not as professional like on a big resort but courteous and friendly.
( @ 5am some of the cleaning staff are already cleaning the road)
Restaurant -- very small ( But the reception can place a delivery order from any fast food chain)
Mini mart ---- Slightly expensive but it is good that they have.
For our stay its good but choose a new room if you will stay there for 2 day and one night.
Beds are good enough to have a good sleep ( 6 inches foam ).

We booked through Klook - which is cheaper by at least P100 than booking on-site. (You can book on the day of the activity itself.)
Kids enjoyed the slides - and the grown-ups did too, although some smidgen of physicality and athleticism is needed to navigate through the "island".
Do this early in the day or late in the afternoon to avoid the sun. As a side note, the Inflatable Island is accessible via the Samba Bluewater Resort (formerly Subic Half Moon Beach Resort), which I STRONGLY ADVISE you avoid checking in to. We rented one (1) Antonio's Room with a queen size bed and a double deck bed. We rented an additional queen size mattress. It also has a toilet and bath in the room. A veranda with a table and four (4) chairs had enough space for our stuff for meals. We requested for another table and four (4) chairs to at most accommodate all of us.
I believe we prepared enough based on the reviews I read prior to our trip: We brought toilet tissues, 5 gallons of water, enough charcoal, pans, rice cooker, etc. for our meals.
The room is cool enough for all of us (good AC performance). There is good water pressure in the toilet and bath. And the beds are comfy enough for a good night's sleep.
There are quite a lot of people in all their pools (except for the adult pool with a very dark colored water). The water in all pools are quite stinky and smells like there's too much chlorine in them. They are bearable, though, specially in the morning right after cleaning period.
The staff are accommodating and easy to talk with. We understand that they can't deliver our requests immediately mainly because of the surge of people who went there with us.
Also, if you didn't bring enough (or entirely didn't bother) food, there are food stalls scattered in the resort and they have a restaurant where you can order food and have them delivered in your room.
Over-all the resort is quite bearable mainly because that's what we expected with such a price on rentals and entrance fees (around Php5,000.00).

Except to the lady in charge outside the ticket counter. I don't know her name but she's wearing braces, change her attitude if she wants to be in the reception area. I politely asked her a question but she answered back with a rude tone of voice and face. Parang "namimilosopo". She might ruin someone's vacation with her attitude. Good thing my brother was just relaxed telling her to change her way of answering a question. We came there to enjoy not to please a hot tempered staff.thank God I can control my temper. I hope they have page or website to inform there costumer so went wont waste our time travelling. The second time we went there its already open with new management. They new management are friendly. The instructor is helpful. He teach us in a way we can ride our board. The facilities is ok. They have clean shower room. The price is reasonable.
You'll fall, get hurt but you'll go home happy.
P. Warm the cold by gathering the family in one room. It's rare to find a warm abode that can accommodate 15 persons comfortably for only 5K. In terms of facility, it's not perfect. A small table that can only suffice a couple's date. A comfort room that requires a little resourcefulness to securely lock it. Yeah. The rooms can be made perfect with minor repairs. But hey, there's a veranda overlooking the river, and a nocturnal haunting mountain. You can also gather everyone to enjoy a movie. This resort provide excellent family space. As for the pool --- it still works for young spirits. But for the minds that are are in a state of war upon thoughts of chemicals and sputum and urine --- ahh--- I propose you build your personal pool :). Good points:
1. The area is large and we are given chance to use all facilities ( some has minimum charge).
2. Food served was delicious, especially the buffet breakfast. However, being 400 participants, the area for breakfast is crowded.
Negative:
1. the room layout is very peculiar. The shower area is separate from the toilet. You need to walk wet in the room to transfer from one side to another. The Shower area has no place for or hanger for you clothes, which will get wet because of the small area. Has very low water pressure and water has foul smell.
2. Staff is not courteous enough to greet guests.
3. No beach towel was provided
4. Very Expensive accommodation.

The customer service is awesome.
The door is made of plywood and have cracks fortunately the doorknob is sturdy and it has a double lock. The only thing that bothers me is that they did not check first the condition of the room before handing us the key. The wall is color red that's why it attracts mosquitoes. And in the bathroom they didn't check if the water in the toilet is still good. The smell is so old and stinky. Good thing was when I flushed it the smell dissipated. The aircon is a bit noisy but is working
properly. The lightning is a bit overwhelming. The room has many lights. Nothing spectacular.
The pools are designed for tourists attraction and lifeguards are visible. The signages are big to remind parents where is your child. A plus point for me.
