- RonTaguig City, Philippines4,334 contributionsThe National Museum of Natural History
Just reopened to public sometime in 2018, and i just had an opportunity to visit earlier this 2020.
They had reopened, and its really worth the visit.
Ive been to national musuem when i was in gradeschool and lets say thats about 30 yrs ago.
It was new look now plus the skeleton of lolong which is the longest crocodile in phils.
The museum looks moders now.
But still the history is there.
Every corner of every floor have its own story and history.
Its worth the visit though i loved the fine arts more than the national history. Just my opinion..
Free of entrance

Given that this is a museum within one of the key learning places of Baguio, students (and other visitors) need to be disabused of the myth of precoloniality of the Tasaday, etc.Let's work against revisionism one educ panel at a time. That said, I can only wish this museum good vibes. We educators do need you!Written June 13, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- ReigngoawayLegazpi, Philippines84 contributionsbeen there for our cultural heritage mapping and it so happen that fortunately we have one in the city but sad to say, the icons and the what used to be the museum is in disarray because of the renovation/transfer of the displays to a newer museum(@gregorian mall, in front of the Albay Cathedral, is still under construction upto this moment..wheeew!)...some of the pieces were well kept though according to the curator. interestingly, mounted tarps of pix of the city's beginnings since the spanish era are present, mayon eruption pics are there too.maybe if the mall is done, we'll see the revival of the said museum..Written January 3, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
