For those who want to know more about WW2 in the Pacific, mandatory like Corregidor Island in Manila Bay.

The lightshow really described what happened here. I could just imagine the struggle and stories on this place before. Worth the 200 pesos show. Also to help the maintenance of this facility

Visited on 7/15/22 and apparently, the museum is still closed to the public :( fortunately we were able to go around the park and my son was able to check the old planes.

Kawit, Cavite equals Emilio Aguinaldo. Now who would have thought that Aguinaldo would have his own museum in Baguio, 270km away from Kawit? I like history, but museum guide Melay showed me a lot of things I didn't know about Philippine history in general and Aguinaldo in particular. I am just thankful that the Aguinaldo family preserved and put on display what they did--among which were the original Philippine flag raised in Kawit and the battle flag that Aguinaldo carried with him throughout his campaigns against the Spaniards and his protracted retreat from the Americans. Regretfully the panel detailing Aguinaldo's version of the arrest, trial, and execution of Andres Bonifacio was not yet ready when I visited. But that just gives me a reason to visit again!

Good place to go to if you want to learn the history of the Philippine Army. The Army museum offers exhibits detailing the history of the Philippine Army from the Spanish Colonial time up to the present day. The exhibits housed in the Museum highlight the different battles and milestones of the Philippine Army as it went to different transformations to what has become its most modern foothold.

The AFP Museum offers a rare view into the military history of the Philippines. The museum is divided into several milestones related to the history of the Armed Forces of the Philippines as well as to organizations that help shaped the Philippine's policy on National Defense. The museum offers a rare glimpse into the life of the Filipino soldier from the Spanish period up to the modern times. Always bring a valid ID to get to the museum as it is co-located inside Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo which is a secured military facility. It can also be reached via cab which can enter via gate 6. Pedestrian entrance is available via Gate 1. You would also be required to pay a small donation of 25 pesos to help maintain the facilities. A small souvenir shop can be found near the museum entrance.
