- Jared T1 contributionThis was our first trip to Japan, and our guide, Koda, made it incredibly easy for us to explore the sights we wanted at our own pace. Since it was our first time in Japan, we really appreciated Koda’s professionalism, which made the experience stress-free. We highly recommend Koda as a private driver and guide-it’s a wonderful way to experience Tokyo. Our visit to Tokyo was for business and only a few days, so Hridoy understood we were not being rude by sleeping (due to jet lag) in the car driving to the Nikko region. Hridoy walked us to each location when we arrived and assisted us in getting our tickets. He gave us information about what we would be seeing, but also left it up to us to explore on our own. Hridoy catered our experience to what wanted to see, and we were happy that he wanted to join us for lunch, where we continued our conversation. At the end of the day, I had a specific request to buy a gift for my mom, and Hridoy was so thoughtful in helping me find a store that would have it! - Gary K4 contributionsSIKANDAR is the man you want to book with. Amazing tour guide, who was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. He was very kind in helping us take couple photos, which we were very appreciative of! We avoided unnecessary traffic due to his advice to start earlier. Travel time was less than 2 hours to and from our hotel. He was also very accomodating with changes to our itinerary, making our trip very enjoyable. He kept a flexible schedule to make sure we got to the places we wanted to and didn’t rush us. - Garry T6 contributionsKazu, our guide for the day, was fantastic. He met us at the hotel and provided a detailed brief on Japanese history and the importance of Kyoto in that regard. He provided us many options from which we chose Nijo Castle and the Imperial Palace. We had lunch at an off the beaten track dumpling restaurant. We would have had zero chance of finding it on our own and welcomed the opportunity to go where few Westerners would enter. We finished the day by walking the Gion Geisha area.

- Elon T7 contributionsThe tour was phenomenal, Vicky was a great guide who went out of his way to give us the most relaxing, intimate, and amazing experience whether it was finding the best photo spots, taking our photos, and providing us with a wealth of knowledge throughout our trip to Mount Fuji. We were picked up at our hotel, and made 5 stops along the way all with different qualities and all with great views of Mount Fuji. It was a clear sky and wonderful day. He constantly told us about the history, culture and natural aspects about every town or site we passed. The restaurant for lunch was excellent. Because the drive was so long from Tokyo, you feel a bit rushed at all the stops but that’s normal for these tours. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable on the sites , local in’s and out and transport. He was also ok about making extra stops (Ie shops on the way!) and helped change the itinerary to help work around a sick party member. Definitely recommend a personal guide over a big group tour.
