    About 6 months ago, after spending 2 months away in Africa, i came back in Japan and booked an Airport transfer from Haneda to Tokyo.A lady driver called Natsuho Ishihara came to pick me up.The service was great and very careful driving. A BIG thank you to the driver and the Company for arranging a swift transfer.

    Thank you!

    Arranged a same-day hiring of a car/driver for a group of four in Kyoto. Our driver (Nobutaka) arrived well ahead of the scheduled pick-up time in a clean, late model van for my group. Nobutaka was professional, spoke good English, and served as an informative tour guide during our 6-hour booking. Nobutaka also suggested a delicious stop of Ramen for lunch, per our request. Superb driver and experience, overall. I would choose Nobutaka again without hesitation.

    Of all the taxis I used during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics Games, Tokyo MK was my favourite. Bookings were easy. They picked up the phone, English operators were available, and cars arrived on time. Tokyo MK was my choice to get to Narita and my driver, Manami Yamada, was a delight. Want a private tour? She's your driver.

    First time to take this railway. The seat is comfortable and spacious. They are equipped with charging plug. The carriage has the luggage storage area, which was very convenient for me to store my 24 inch luggage.
    The trip to Karuizawa took only 1 hour.
    Overall, it was pleasant experience.

    I have used the Nohi Bus company on a few occasions in Takayama, and always have found staff professional and excellent. I did a trip with them to the Gatton Go Railway in 2019 which involved bus and taxi travel and entry to the railway. I worried that the different components of the trip might not work, but Nohi had everything organised and it all went like clockwork! Will always use Nohi when I'm visiting Takayama. They have some good bus tours!

    The Loop buses are excellent, tho there are also free shuttle buses if you have a JR rail pass. The Loop buses go to all the major attractions in the city. They can also be crowded on occasions.

    Buy the 600 yen all-day pass at info desk in Chuo Eki Terminal. Hop on & off along the way all day. Street car (trams) also included, and some other city buses. There's not really a huge lot to see, but most of the places you'd want to see are along this bus' route.

    Short ride up Mt Moiwa, but the view is really amazing. We went during autumn, so we get to see very nice autumn colours while on the ropeway up Mt Moiwa.

    It’s a long trip to Toyonaka area or the Osaka airport from KIX by train. To take this bus was much easier to get to KIX from Hotarugaike; which is also available from Osaka airport. We usually avoid to take a bus since my daughter gets sick easily, but she was fine on the both ways; heading to KIX and coming back to Hotarugaike. You don’t have to get into the crowded Umeda station with a big suitcase. If you are tired and want to get straight to the Osaka airport or KIX, it’s the best way.

    A pleasant walk up (the aptly named) Ropeway Street brings you to the lower Station, purchase your ticket from a machine (single, round trip or combined ticket with Castle entrance), then make your way up to the 3rd floor for your choice of transit;
    - To your left is the Ropeway Gondola (capacity 47, every 10-mins), which takes only 3-mins,
    - To your right is the Ropeway Chairlift (single seats), which takes a more leisurely 6-mins.
    Although your ticket is good for either mode of transit, be warned that the chairs have no safety bars or restraints, so are not suitable for youngsters or old folks like me with a desire to extend their longevity as far as possible. Whilst there is a safety net some way below the chairlift, the thought of extraction from this was sufficient for me to elect to take the gondola.
    Sharing the gondola with a bride and groom (dressed in their wedding finery!) and one other passenger, the journey up took no time at all to reach the upper Station, from which you have a further 10-min "hike" to reach the Castle entrance. After a leisurely 90-min stroll around the Castle and grounds, I elected to forgo my return ticket by Ropeway and walk down the other side to Shiroyama Park. Deceived by the fairly swift journey up and tired by 4 ~ 5-hrs exertions already that day, I completely underestimated how tough that descent is, and wished I'd stuck to my original plan (Ropeway down and take the tram to Shiroyama Park).

    If it hadn't been for this company, my vacation would have been ruined! Two weeks before I flew out of LA, I found out about the visa and guided tour requirement in order to enter Japan. Thankfully I found this Easy Travel who was very knowledgeable of the visa process. We had an AMAZING time with our guide, Beth. She was very friendly and took great care of us. I highly recommend booking a tour if you're planning to visit Japan. I would certainly use them again.

    Four persons, a perfect half day, with Taka. Taka provided us a wealth of options including a great mix of off-the-beaten path locations. Very knowledgable, great English (for a bunch of US Southerners). Fuji did not disappoint, with fresh snowfall. Taka eagerly provided us with follow-on suggestions for the rest of our time in the area. Absolutely, definitely worth it.
