- Jason ELondon, UK98 contributionsWe were in Kyoto for five days and we wanted to go to a club and have a good night. We went to chambers and we had such an amazing night. They played R&B in one room and then they played reggae in the other room.
They played music that was from my culture and it was so nice to see the Japanese embracing black music especially reggae.
The people there were amazing and so friendly I went with my partner who found other people there from his country Poland so that was good for him as well.
The drinks were cheap and very strong not like how it is in the uk the drinks are always watered down so you don’t feel the effect you pay for what you buy in Japan.

The atmosphere was very American: casual and interactive.
You can encounter many songs you've never heard before, which is so exciting! Half of them were English and half were Japanese. I enjoyed that mixture of languages and cultures a lot.
There was an open mic section.
