My wife and I love to cook so we loved how hands on and involved the class was. I was impressed to see how well Andrew worked with the two children that were in our class if you’re considering attending as a family. - Paul OGuelph, Canada25 contributionsWe really enjoyed our cooking class with Masa and his wife. He took the time to explain the ramen making process and the finer details of making gyozas. One of the reasons my wife and I like cooking classes is because of the people you meet around the table when you work on your creations. Masa made everyone feel welcome as we worked through our recipes. The ramen and gyozas were delicious but not nearly as pretty as the head chef’s! We highly recommend this class and the recipes they sent us home with were very detailed. The facility itself was cozy and clean. Masa’s wife was always organizing us for the next steps behind the scenes and making sure we didn’t miss anything important.
