Everything from start to finish was perfect!
Martha was very professional throughout, speedily replying to my 1001 questions with the patience of a saint. I also love that she gave options on the tour itinerary to best suit my needs (I was on a tight schedule and arrived relatively late to Surabaya for the pick up).
Our tour guide, Rahman, was a lovely guy who gave insightful titbits of the various places we passed by en route to the tour spots. He was also very patient with us, obliging our requests with a smile every time. The guide at Ijen, Pak Wito, was amazing as well. He spoke little English so I couldn't communicate with him much, but he was assuring and kind, and made sure my friend and I were safe throughout the trek. He's a really good photographer too, who ventured off with our phones and came back with various beautiful shots and videos of the crater.
