We were really pleased with the party we hosted at ArtJamming. Kids had a blast being creative with painting T-shirts, canvas bags, or actual paintings. Some adults painted, and others just hung out, enjoying great music, company, and SPACE (a rare commodity in HKG!).

Loved being able to circulate with open floor plan and outdoor deck. Felt very homey, not cramped or stuck seated at a restaurant table all evening. Staff are really excellent - very friendly and helpful.

They even have BBQ if you want to save money by doing a DIY or potluck meal. Wine place right next door, so what’s not to like?!!

We went as a small 4-person group to learn how to hand-carve mah-jong tiles with Sam Experiences, and what fun I had! Hand carving these tiles is a dying trade and there are only a handful of such masters in Hong Kong nowadays. The master was really patient with us, showing us the amazing techniques for making the different suits in a set. I took home my own masterpiece and a new appreciation for the time and skills behind each mah-jong set.

What a joy to find this cozy little art studio nestled in the hustle and bustle of causeway bay! The instructors are incredibly nice (and patient, considering how I don't know the first thing about art), and the whole place just gives off such a homey vibe. They also happen to have the best playlists to chill to while painting. An 11 out of 10!

This is a sustainability-themed outdoor attraction on the 8/F of K11 Musea in TST. Opening hours are 11am to 7pm daily but visits are mostly limited to events and activities which require registration. There are several educational programmes like Nature Art Jam for kids that you can book through the K11 Musea website. You can try walk-in registration on the day if there are available slots.

As part of events and experiences at Nature Discovery, visitors will be escorted around the outdoor garden to see a variety of local and exotic plants as well as a large saltwater aquarium. The indoor lobby is quite decorative, amongst the peculiar items is a large case where you can see samples of local butterflies and insects found here in Hong Kong.

Overall, the Nature Discovery is a nice addition to the child-friendly entertainment options at K11 Musea in TST, potentially worth considering for a visit. Just make sure to make advance reservations to programmes that you are interested in participating.

The shop is near PMQ which is a convenient location. There are wide variety of goods and most of them are designed by Hong Kong designers, such as accessories, teapot, leather goods etc. The handmade goods are sophisticated and impressive! A good place for tourists to buy souvenirs for their friends as well. It is worth to visit:)

KA Atelier.

The interior of the KA Atelier. Private Painting Studio is very small, just like any other Hong Kong building. However, it was a place filled with materials and props from teacher Carole who gave a good lesson. I could feel the touch of carole everywhere. There were works of her students and various books.

Before class, Carol gave me a cup of hot tea. The class began with a basic explanation of Chinese conversation. I was impressed by the various brush, traditional ink, modern ink, features and style of paintings, and I could understand
the various materials and the book she explained. And she explained various texture to the paper which is essential when I draw a picture. I don't know much about paintings, but thanks to Ms. Carole's explanation, I could understand the basics about what it is.

The teacher showed us a demonstration first, and we draw our own copy of it. And practiced alone, carole teacher coaches incorrect posture or ink control while watching us brush strokes.
If you know nothing about a painting, or if you know or have learned something about a painting, as I do, the class goes on different levels depending on who you are. And it was not just bamboo painting like that, but also a place to experience various workshops by painting on pottery.

If you want to add to the flavor and fun of traveling to Hong Kong, I think it would be a good idea to ask for a small workshop organized by KA-Atelier.

I have been to different shops of Fair Circle in Hong Kong, quite like it and they sell many different kinds of products.
This time, I got myself a whale handcraft toy and some facial and hair products.
I would also recommend the Oxfam chocolate! Love it!

Definitely will visit again as the products are quite unique in Hong Kong. You may not find it in other shops.

We came across this place by accident. Walking back from the big Buddha statue this place caught our eye and it said iVenture cards accepted. Steve the host greeted us aswe went in and we got to see the artworks made of chocolates. After that in the next row we got to taste various types of chocolate with detailed info of what we were tasting. Kelly (the boss apparently) was explaining the various properties of chocolates from white, milk, ruby and dark chocolate. They use Belgian brand Callabaut for the demonstration. This was very educational and it was the the very first time I saw and tasted ruby chocolate. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. They have a shop inside where you can purchase chocolates if you wish.
