First we went to Young Master who showed us around the facility and offered a number of samples from a variety of styles. My favorite was their classic take on a Brut IPA. Next was HK Brewcraft, a beer store / contract brewer, where we sampled a few unique beers from Heroes Beer Co. Last stop was at Little Creatures, a brewpub, where we had a flight of beers and stayed afterwards for dinner. If you love beer and are visiting HK, put this on your must-do list. We spent hours walking and talking throughout the neighborhoods, tasting local specialties and diving deep into the authentic daily life of Hong Kong residents. I appreciated his openness and honesty to share real life perspectives; frustrations, hopes and dreams. He has a true gift of communicating and connecting with people that is very natural, comfortable and warm. Our guide, Maggie, was so friendly and knowledgeable, we truly enjoyed our time with her! She took us all over the city on foot, from Michellin stared Dim Sum in the train station, to the beautiful waterfront, to the midlevels, to different vibrant street markets, and gorgeous temples...we really got a great feel for the city in just 4 hours.
