Feliz gave us the tour of the market as you’d expect, and was great at explaining various things and answering our questions.

We were the only two there for the evening yet she still took the time to show us everything and was patient and clear with the instructions.

Her English is phenomenal, and it was a very personal experience that we will have good memories of, as we try to replicate this for years to come. Better than any souvenir.

Money well spent, even if the idea of it seemed steep when we first considered whether we would do it. Glad we did.

We met close to the market, had a wonderful tour there and then went to the cooking studio, modern and well equipped.
We learned so much about the dishes we prepared , prepared some ourselves and had a delightful meal.
Not just the cooking but learning about the ingredients and the food in hong kong in general.
Fun experience and very highly recommended!

From the moment we met at the metro station exit, Feliz Yau began sharing her expertise, describing offerings on Temple Street, then pointing out ingredients and revealing secrets for dishes other than dumplings at the wet market. We entered a nearby restaurant with the pork and vegetables purchase, washed our hands and got to work. She walked me through every process: cutting vegetables, mixing and kneading dough, stir frying, filling, wrapping, and cooking. Alone, I only sampled one delicious dumpling, but I couldn't wait to bring the rest home to share. Bring a friend, or two, or three, or four and eat your dumplings all together on the spot!

In the workshop, the instructor introduced us to various types of Chinese tea in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, yet they were also able to professionally answer our questions. Through the workshop, I learned the art of tea brewing, the classifications of tea, its history, production methods, and tasting techniques. Regardless of whether you have no prior knowledge of tea or already have some understanding, you can participate in the workshop. This is because the instructor can tailor the content to enhance your understanding of Chinese tea based on your current knowledge level. Most importantly, we were free to take photos and record videos throughout the process, which provided a truly fulfilling experience for both my friends and me.

The tea tasting was one of the best experiences in Hong Kong. Cecilia was so welcoming and after a short introduction the tea tasting began. Her passion and enthusiasm for tea is contagious. I can only recommend the course!

I got a booking for 2 people on a given day and time at Bake Your Own TST. We went there that day on time but when we arrived there was an event happening at the venue and there was no availability for the 2 of us. We lost 1h30 to go there and come back for nothing. It can happen to forget a booking, it’s OK, but now it is impossible to get a refund from Expedia because BYO team doesn’t answer to them. I don’t recommend such an experience
