Beijing is a large, heavily populated city. Although the traffic flows much better than the majority of our world’s large cities, in most cases, it is time saving and much less costly to go by subway. My Beijing metro card is also accepted in many other cities in China. Over the past three weeks I used my Being metro card on subways and buses in Dalian, Beijing and Shenyang.

Trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall was amazing. Mubus has everything well organized and thoughtfully planned. An additional plus is a buffet at the service center where you can eat something nice before going up the wall. However, nothing would be possible without our guide, Michael King. He was the best guy out there. Always within reach and caring for the whole group. Next time at the Great Wall, only with the King.

Although we only had a short time to spend in Beijing, our driver Sun made sure we had a fantastic experience from start to finish.
After meeting us at the airport, we drove to Mutianyu and Sun got breakfast for us on the way. He also advised us that as the Great Wall Marathon was also taking place on the same day, we would probably have traffic control issues, which could delay us further.
But Sun was a master of time management! He not only gave us a great informative guided tour, but also got us back to the airport with plenty of time to check in for our next flight.
I definitely recommend this tour if you only have limited time in Beijing.

Had an amazing trip with Zanbus to Mutianyu Great Wall! Very helpful and responsive support that provides excellent advise for the location and is able to help book tickets (which through Chinese websites can otherwise often become complicated)!

    Highly recommended :)

We were looking for a transfer from the hotel to forbidden city area for our group of nine. Since day one communication was excellent, transfer was on time, professional driver, clean car. If your looking for transportation on Beijing don’t hesitate to contact this company !!!

We booked a private one day tour through Leos, to see the Summer palace, the Forbidden city and Tiananmen square.

Macy and the Driver Mr Pan arrived at our address promptly and notified us of their arrival, and told us to take our time, and make sure that we had everything that we would need for the day including our passports.

Macy was friendly, informative and made us all feel at ease from the first moment that she introduced herself to us.

During the first part of the tour to the Summer palace, we decided that we wanted to change the schedule to skip the Tiananmen square element of the tour and instead end with a visit to Jingshan park.
Macy was fine with our plans, and quickly made arrangements with Mr Pan the driver to change our itinerary.

They then went out of their way to take a route through Tiananmen square to allow my daughter to see the square. Whilst doing so Macy gave us a great run down of the history and significance of the square.

It was a very enjoyable day out with Macy and Mr Pau going out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed, and to ensure that we got the most out of the day. I would thoroughly recommend Macy and Mr Pan

Davis was an excellent tour guide and ensured we made it to the Great Wall early to beat the crowds. He explained to us which route to take when walking the wall. Very patient driver who spoke great English.
He was on time and also very accommodating.
Thank you for changing our dates last minute due to a delayed flight.

P.S. You can skip the Ming Tombs. It was a little waste of time to see nothing as many of the artifacts and tombs have been “recreated”.

We did 3 trips on the Bullet Trains, Beijing to Xian to Zhengzhou to Suzhou and found them all to be close to excellent! When they say High speed train, they aren't wrong. We hit 307 km/h as the highest recorded speed and it was smooth sailing most times. The trains all leave on time & arrive as planned, something the Italians could learn from? The only negatives were the lack of room for the suitcases and hence trouble storing same plus the beer was stored at room temperature! And not many beers at that as well! If you are stuck in a train for 5 or so hours, you need a cold brew to while away the time cause your not driving? To traverse the huge distances of China, the Bullet Trains are the perfect answer.

My wife and I did a stopover in Beijing on our way to Australia for our honeymoon and had the best time on our tour with our guide, Cactus. In spite of the cold, we bundled up and saw the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. Cactus not only was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke great English, she had great suggestions for interesting photo poses.

Two unexpected bonuses: delicious breakfast at a local hole in the wall (Cactus helped us navigate vegetarian menu options), and a tea ceremony to finish off the day. All around, money well spent and a great time.

The trip was very well organized from pick-up at the hotel to drop-off. He picked us up early in the morning to avoid the traffic in Beijing and we arrived in Jinshanling after c. 2h. We did the hike as suggested - great views and very few tourists on this part of the wall. Simon also helps you to buy the tickets etc, we didn’t have to worry about anything.

I highly suggest taking a trip with Simon if you’re in a small group (we were 2) and you want explore a part of the walk that is not overly touristy.

We arrived at the Beijing International Airport at 1 am on 13 Oct 2019. A huge airport. The immigration procedure has changed since our last visit two years ago. First need to go for biometric data logger station. User friendly as one can choose the language of your choice for instruction. An OK slip print out on successful capture of data. Then go to next station (a security personnel will check that you have an OK slip) to fill up an entry form. Then proceed to immigration counter for the normal immigration check (with biimetric data check). Proceed to the train to the Terminal (we arrive at Terminal 3). Get your luggage and proceed for custom declaration, we proceed in Nothing To Declare lane. Took about an hour and a half before we could get out of the arrival hall.

Only had 1 day to get all the way out to the wall and back to catch the high speed train to Xi’an at 5pm. Impossible to do without a private car. Mr Orange service was invaluable. Organised a 6.30am pick up from my hotel to Jinshanling (a bit further but no crowds and stunning part of the wall, saw 50 people in 4 hours. Driver there early and nice clean car. I arranged for him to pick me up 4 hours after drop off at different car park so I didn’t have to double back and then he took me to the station. Clean car, safe driver, courtesy water and air conditioning. Total of 10 hours. This will cost a little more but impossible to replicate by public transport unless you go to the most crowded part of the wall (and even then not comfortable) and provided me a once in a lifetime experience without the headaches. Even had a nap in the car on the way back in air conditioned comfort, not bad when it’s 30 degrees Celsius outside. Can’t recommend highly enough

My friend referred me to try Mike's services. Indeed no disappointment. He is very puncture and charges are fair. He offered good advice and recommendation.

Very friendly and down to earth person, will definitely use his service when we travel to Beijing again!

    Mike 大哥,很谢谢你,你的服务非常好! 准时,诚恳,随和,我们都很喜欢你🤗
