It has it all - nice contemporary architecture, accomodation, restaurants, outdoor walking trails, Great Wall - you name, they got it! Nice place to have team meetings where you can combine business with outdoor activities.

Quite simply the best hotel I’ve stayed in! Every single detail was spot on. They even have a Maserati to take you to and from the hotel. From the bath salts to the slippers, it was just pure luxury. I was particularly impressed with the complimentary cocktail I was giving while waiting for my friend. The manner of the staff was impeccable, and Tony Sun did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and welcome. The decor was classy and the beds were pure bliss! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Certainly my first choice of hotel in Beijing.

Wonderful hot stone and other massage choices. American pricing but well worth it. We had pre-booked and they were able to respond in English over the internet. Language was a bit of a barrier upon arrival though. No matter. Entrance is tucked away off the main road, but very clean, peaceful and serene.

This spa is clearly in the higher end and was priced so as well. It was warmly lit and clean. Service was friendly and prompt. The therapists are highly experienced and exert a lot of strength, but will let up on the pressure of you ask them to. We had ordered a Chinese Tuina massage, which didn’t require one to be unclothed. They provided a change of loose fitting pyjamas for the session.

However, unlike Balinese or Swedish massage, it was rigorous and involved a lot of shaking and rubbing to loosen up our muscles. It wasn’t exactly relaxing but certainly felt like a good workout, where all your muscles kind of feel loosened up after that. Will probably like to try other treatments if we come again.

The selection of nails colors and lash designs was extensions, allowing for a customised and creative touch. Highly recommend for anyone seeking for a luxurious spa in Beijing, this place is amazing.

Hands down the loveliest spa I’ve ever been to (and I go all kinds, including Four Seasons spas). Tina, my therapist, worked miracles on skin that had been in the Gobi desert for a week. My skin looked better than it did when I left home. And the massage was no less wonderful. I spent the morning salvaging a work situation and tearing the hide off someone but soon after we finished w/ my back I was snoring (pretty sure).

I was pleasantly surprised to discover Dragonfly Spa near our Beijing apartment. On the plus side it is a convenient location for mani/pedi and massage. The foot massage is by far a favorite; quick but thorough relaxation treat. The prices are a bit high by Beijing standards but they do try to step up the quality. Wendy, Jessie, and Betty take great pride in their work. I do have a few issues in the nail area though - not enough to stop me from going, but certainly hope this improves: cleanliness is sometimes hit or miss and I sometimes have to remind the person working on me to clean or replace an instrument. Further for the price of mani/pedis there are too many add-ons; pay extra for polish quick dry or pay extra for dry skin serum. These are usually 100+ RMB and at 350+ RMB do the service this should be included. No one goes for a relaxing nail appointment to get pestered for paying additional fees. Also, the selection of nail polish colors while broad, needs to be refreshed. The colors are a bit dated and on on several occasions, the polish is dry in the bottle. I now bring my own polish. Overall I have been a happy customer for nearly three years. The staff is super friendly and likes to practice English while customers practice Chinese. The massages are fantastic. With a few tweaks it could truly be a five star spa.
