Before the trip, we were given a detailed itinerary with schedules, hotels, guidelines and inclusions-- everything that we need to know about the trip.
We booked a 7 day trip: 1 day in Nairobi, 2 nights in Naivasha, 3 nights in Masai Mara and another 2 days in Nairobi for covid test and a chance to explore the city. In Naivasha, we spent the days boating and seeing some spectacular migrated birds up-close. We also saw a lot of hippos in the water and the hotel we were at has hippos roaming around the perimeter of the hotel at night. Nothing to be scared tho, as the guards escort you to your room if needed. We also had a fun day biking and rock climbing in Hell's Gate. Then comes the day of the game drive which allowed us to see 4/5 of the big 5. We were not disappointed at all, given that we didn't see any rhinos, because we saw some animals too that we were not expecting to see such as hyennas and vultures preying on a carcass from a hunt. I must also say that the "tent" booked for us was very exclusive and private.
What I liked the most about this travel agency is that, they allow us to tweak some arrangements that were not part of the trip. I could name a few that we changed in our trip that made it more memorable for us that they allowed to happen. In the middle of the safari game, we saw a truck with hot-air balloon in it and asked the driver if he could arrange with an agency that could accommodate us, he got his contact ready and we got what we asked for with discounted price plus a professional pilot. As mentioned, we failed to see some rhinos in the game drive but we got to see them in National Parks that was arranged as per our request.

The car was right on time to pick us up, spotless clean and the driver a great great guy, thank you Mr Patrick, who gave me and my kids a day remember. Carefully driver and on a great humor and smile throughout the safari game

Hotels chosen were good and drivers in the city and in the safari were also good. Best experience was the visit to the Maasai village and the safari (3 days) but the Nairobi tour (1 day) was also very good. It included a visit to Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Center.
