We were able to sight a variety of animals, including four of the big five (except Elephant that is not available in the National Park). The airport pickup and drop off services were excellent with the driver providing us with details and a brief tour of the town of Livingston as well as assisting us with getting Zambia Kwacha. The driver at drop off made sure we had a cart and assistance with luggage
We had two tour guides from Bush Trackers. The guide in Zambia handled our pickup at the hotel, transportation to the Zimbabwe border and assisted us with getting our Visas to enter. He took the time to make the process as easy as possible and directed us to the right processing line and expedited that handling of the visas. He then met us after our tour in Zimbabwe and did the Zambia side of the falls. The Zimbabwe guide Donald provided is with more than just the Falls tour. He provided us with a great deal of information on living in Zimbabwe.
