Got to go on a private tour of the elephant orphanage with a small safari group I traveled with. Couldn’t believe we were the only ones there that got to be with the orphans! The main keeper Edwin gave us our tour, it was so special and all of the proceeds go to wildlife conservation! Even got to pet a baby rhino they rescued! What a magical place,

It's definitely worth a visit! You can get up close with Rothschild giraffes, and their size is even more impressive than I expected.

We stayed in diani beach for three weeks and on our last four days we decided to visit tsavo national park with pandu after we did a wasini day tour with him.
Tsavo is said to be the largest national park in kenya. We had a chance of spotting many different wild animals.
The trip was super nice,The van was very comfortable. Our guide Fred was very knowledgeble and very friendly.
When you are in diani and looking for a budget one day safari whatsaap Pandu +254710239929.
We really loved the day and will recommend pandu to everyone.

I had lunch there. The environment is vert nice. They serve buffet but also alacart menĂş.
We picked the alacart menĂş and most of dishes are western dish with Burger, pizza, pasta.

Taste is fair and the portion is big.

Mamba is a Swahili word for crocodile. I didn't expect to see a number of crocodiles and learn more facts about them. Who knew the sex of a crocodile was temperature influenced? Definitely not me. But now I do, I learnt that under cold temp and hot temp the hatchlings are female and male respectively. Mamba village is indeed a hub of Crocs.
Apart from the crocodiles it hosts 3 species of tortoises that is the leopard, terrapin( not sure with sp) and the speke's hinge back tortoise.
It also has a great dam scenary, picnic site and is child friendly.
Almost forgot about the ostriches, though there was just one specie, the Maasai ostrich both male and female.

We enjoyed having a quick look around after the museum but wouldn't have been prepared to pay the full price for a ticket and wouldn't recommend coming here specifically.
There are some snakes and tortoises in the open. Some of the cages are very dirty which makes it hard to spot the snakes. There is also a small aquarium.
Staff encourage tourists to hold the animals and take pictures, but I would prefer it if they let them be.

We (my girlfriend and I) stayed with our guide Kiano for one night at his manyata and his family. This truly was my personal highlight of our trip in Kenya. Kiano is very loving, a great family man and funny. His family is very warming and welcoming and it's really impressive and admirable how they live their lives. Also the Mount Suswa area is beautiful (great nature and beautiful milky way every night). Would highly recommend everyone (couples, groups, etc) to book a one or two day stay and tour with Kiano.

Tip: Bring some clothes, toys (football), school equipment or any other kind of presents with you when visiting his family. They will absolutely love it (and you will too).

Silole remains one of my favourite places to visit when in Nairobi. The sanctuary offers great vies across the gorge into the national park and with the Nairobi highrises in the background offers those spectacular scenes every photographer is looking for.
Great hospitality by Will Knocker and his game drives into the park make for great experiences!

It seems to be fairly well run and the animals would have died if not looked after at this place. The orphanage hosts lions, cheetahs, various monkeys, etc. It takes care of not a huge variety. Giraffe centre is by far amazing.

Me and boyfriend got a week off and wanted to travel. We planned to visit safari. While searching online I came across the Keru Safaris & Tours. Our tour consultant was Jerusha. She was very polite and helpful. He proposed a 3 day travel in Masai Mara Safari. It was once in a lifetime experience. we even saw the leopard, being the most elusive of the five. The guide was brilliant and knowledgeable and ensured a wonderful and entertaining game drive. The tour was comfortable and pleasant. Definitely worth every penny!!!
