Toilet at top too.
Hope not too crowded at top otherwise difficult moving around . Amazing views from here.

Ahmed's knowledge of Egyptian history is unparalleled, and he made our visits to the Pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, Coptic Cairo, etc. so much more interesting and meaningful. Without him we'd have just been wandering blindly through the sites, understanding but a fraction of what we were seeing, but he explained all the background we needed before and during our visits to each site. His explanations of the wall paintings in the tombs at Saqqara were particularly enlightening. He's been extremely generous as well, stopping to buy drinks and snacks for us on our (rather long and tiresome) days of exploring. The trip was fully taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left ( we arranged the trip previously but it was possible to add stops along as we discovered the city). Mina’s knowledge from ancient Egypt’s story upon modern time is unquestionable!
The two big plus: Mina is a great photographer, give him your iPhone and he is going to make some magic.
And his kind personality, He made us feel comfortable from the beginning!
The price of the tour is a bit higher then other tour but let it be know: we add not one time extra money to spend regarding the tour (tickets entrances, parking, water,…) and it was fully worth it.

- Alexander S8 contributionsFirst time in Egypt and we booked a 8-hour full day tour which included Pyramids, Sphinx, Egyptian museum and Bazaar with lunch included.
Mina our tour guide messaged me promptly to see if we are ready and as we were having breakfast was kind enough to give us time so we didn’t feel rushed :) He was on time and lucky for us we were the only people on this tour which made us feel like royalty !!! Yessir our driver was kind and very safe while navigating the roads also the van was in great condition.
Mina gave us suggestions on how we wanted to go about our day. We kept pyramids for later as it was a bit foggy in the morning. We did the bazaar. Mina was very knowledgeable and gave a good history of the place. You can feel his passion for his profession. He kept us safe all throughout the tour and showed us few other interesting stops like how paper was made from Papyrus plant. He provided multiple lunch options and once all was done we were back safely to our hotel. Time really flew by. I would definitely recommend Mina as your tour guide specially if it’s your first time here. Can’t wait to come back!!! Any bumps in the road, was handled right away. I will definitely miss Joe, Nahed. Abdul, Raina, Waleed and all the beautiful people of Egypt. I felt welcomed there. I consider Egypt my 3rd home after NY and Hawaii of course. I will be back soon. - Trang TDenver, CO1 contributionEgypt is such a unique and beautiful country but as solo female traveler from the States, my number one priority for this vacation is safety. Egypt Day Tour did an excellent job on accommodating my needs, keeping me updated about daily activities and making sure everything was going well as planned with me. I felt 100% safe with my tour guides. Their quality control system for clients is also impressive. Kudos to Attarious, Osama and my guides Hosni in Cairo, Super Mo in Luxor and Aswan. I felt comfortable with the horse i was riding and felt completely safe. Nicola was great at explaining things and the horses she has are well looked after. My husband and I traveled to Egypt to meet up with a group to tour Cairo, cruise the Nile and then dive in the Red Sea. Since we were going so far, we wanted to add a side trip to Alexandria. However, we were a little nervous, since we would be traveling by ourselves.
Ahmed was amazing. He patiently answered all our questions and offered sound advice to facilitate our plans. He even made time to personally join us in the afternoon while we were in Alexandria to show us around his favorite neighborhoods and souks! It was so rewarding to meet Ahmed in person. He is a singularity joyful person and he loves to share his amazing country with visitors. While all the sites were awe inspiring, sipping freshly squeezed cane juice with Ahmed and Alfred while exploring a souk was a memory I will never forget and felt like a thoroughly authentic "real" Egyptian experience.
Following Ahmed's advice and using the thorough and helpful guides that he emailed to us, we chose the following itinerary:
Title: Alexandria Highlights in 1 day Tailor-made
Pick up from Hotel at 07:00 am
Visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, Pompey's Pillar, Roman Amphitheater.
Lunch at Fish Market a seafood restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean
Visit Fort Qaitbay.
Stop at Abu Al-Abbas Mosque and visit its roofed Bazar.
Visit the Ladies Local Market (Zanqet El-Sittat) in Manshiya
Visit Souk Rateb from Kawanna to El-Haqqaniya Market at El-Saba' Banat St.
Visit the Bibliotheca Alexandrina from outside: closed during Eid ul Adha
Visit Alexandria National Museum on Fuad St.
Drive along the coastline
Stop at Stanley Bridge Visit El Montazah Royal Palace Park and view its Royal Palaces.
Head back to Cairo and drop off at Hotel
Tour duration: 14 hours
At Ahmed's suggestion, we chose to add a guide to accompany us on the 2.5 hour drive to and from Cairo to Alexandria. The cost was quite modest and Alfred Saber spent the entire day with us. Alfred was a wonderful guide. So friendly and knowledgeable about all the sites that we visited. So open to answering all our questions. Since I am an avid bird watcher, we lucked out that Alfred also leads bird watching expeditions in Egypt. So while enjoying all the sites in Alexandria, we were also able to more fully enjoy the bird life present in the parks and on the coast line.
It was even a treat to get to know our driver Mohamed. Not only was he a very safe driver who skillfully maneuvered through some crazy traffic, he had a delightful sense of humor. His SUV was modern, clean, and well maintained. It was the best vehicle that we traveled in while we were in Egypt.
In addition to emailing us information on the sites we were going to see, Ahmed and Real Egypt tours also emailed us valuable and much appreciated cultural information including suggestions for dress code.
Real Egypt and Ahmed, asked us to set up a WhatsApp account to facilitate communications. We are so glad that we did. Once we were in Egypt, we found that we often had problems accessing texts and emails. However, Whats App was really reliable and we used it frequently.

I was with Ayman from July 3 - 15 and July 24 - 30. I did not have a guide for my time at the Red Sea Resorts. The knowledge Ayman has on Egypt and the sites really enhanced my trip. Ayman took me to the best places to eat when I told him I would like to try authentic Egyptian food and was not looking for hotel food but places locals would eat at. The Koshary and stuffed Pigeon are amazing. He lets you take your time at all the sites and ask as many questions you may have. He was able to take me to places for gifts to bring back that were made in Egypt by Egyptians and not knock off imported gifts. It was great having Ayman so the scammers and sales people did not harass you. I spent so much time with Ayman exploring most of Egypt that I considered him a friend by the end of the trip. I just can't say enough about Ayman and his knowledge and professionalism. I hope to visit Egypt next summer again (my be hot in the summer but a lot fewer people) and will definitely use his services again. Mohammed Sabagh knows the ins and outs of all places and he could navigate me through a lot of places without any delays anywhere.
