- Regina C1 contributionWe had an amazing 5-day tour guided by Mina and Moses. Both were kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. They speak many languages (Spanish, Italian, English, Arabic, even more…), which made communication easy and enjoyable.
The itinerary was well-organized, and we visited many incredible places, including a UNFORGETTABLE trekking experience on Mount Sinai and a relaxing cruise on the Nile. Everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of throughout the journey.

Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Panda48 contributionsWe used Planet Tours for our 13 days Egypt tour in Feb 2025, their agents picked us up from the airport and stayed till the end of our journey till we checked out from Cairo.
Their guides in Cairo, Aswan and Luxor were very knowledgeable and stayed with us till end of the day. I specifically liked our guide Hanny who took us to Old Cairo City Tour and Michele who took us to Giza Pyramids and Sphinx.
There are few things I did not like about Planet Tours:
1. They have a very long day starting at 3am to 8pm, you have to wake up at 3am to catch a flight or a bus to get to Aswan and Cairo, once you arrive at your destination by bus or air (usually 6 hrs from start to finish) they do not take you to the hotel for rest, instead they force you to take the assigned sightseeing till end of the day. This is extremely tiring because the day starts at 3am and ends at 7pm when you come back to your hotel and get up again at 3am next day.
2. Daily Schedules are not given to you in detail till the Guide shows up the morning tour. You have no idea where you are heading the next day till you meet the guide in the morning. This is very confusing.
3. In Luxor and Cairo, they should allow more Hotel times rather than keeping you in the bus or the cruise. It would be better to get more time at hotels.
Overall tour was extremely hectic due to tight schedules if they adjust this, I will give them a 5 star rating.
Guides are reliable and friendly no complaints.
Hotels are good with good food, no complaints.
Flights were good, no complaints.
I will give them a 3 star review because of Hectic Tour Schedules and less time in Hotels. - Susan2 contributionsWe had Yasser as our two day Cairo tour guy. He was very knowledgeable, took us to Cairo museum, pyramids, churches, and Memphis. We learned a lot from him. - Rafaella T16 contributionsI booked a full 7 day package with this agency (EMO TOURS SWEDEN) to see CAIRO and LUXOR. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!
My biggest concern was safety, safety safety, as I was going with 2 kids (7 and a 11 yrs old). I cant praise the tour guide ESLAM ESSAM enough!! HE WAS BY FAR THE BEST TOUR GUIDE WE HAVE EVER HAD IN ALL OF OUR TRAVEL HISTORY AROUND THE WORLD!!! He showed us so much hospitality and great egyptian culture and history. The children loved him as well.
He was definetly the highlight of the trip. We felt safe and looked after. Essam and Emo tours Sweden even arranged a surprise birthday party with cake and Arabic Happy Birthday sing along in the van on our way back from the pyramids for my daughter's belated birthday celebration. I will never forget this! truly memorable and special to our family.
The photos and videos will live with us forever. The kids have also grasped the culture and egyptian history which they will use in school.
PS: I would like to super recommend Marriot Mena House stay in Cairo - awesome pyramid views at breakfast time and slightly warmed pools. Perfect environment. Great service if you are looking for a high end, no worries hotel (with kids or for couples)

Ahmed and Kemet travels gave us an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives.
The hotels Ahmed booked for us were top notch.
The pick ups were ALWAYS on time from day 1 to day 7.
I always wanted to travel to Egypt and Kemet made this dream a reality.
This was comfortably the best vacation of my life.
Ahmed balance both tour and relaxation perfectly.
He enabled us experience the history, the food, the people, the culture and the country all in good measure.
