What travelers are saying
- Brenda AVentura, CA39 contributionsAmazing service and treatments! First, thank you to Arini for the amazing pedicure. The attendant Dalia was so sweet. She welcomed me into the locker room by removing my jacket before handing me my robe and slippers. I felt like royalty. I also had one of the best massages with Sri. I needed an accommodation as I could not lay face down. That was not an issue. She massages me as I laid comfortably on my side. Sri was so intuitive as she spent time on the areas that needed more attention. I felt like I was ready for my vacation after my massage.
The spa is beautiful. They have a wet area with jacuzzi, sauna, steam and cold shower.
The relaxation room has spa waters, teas and fruits. The entire area is quiet, inviting and relaxing.

- Douglas sAdelaide, Australia56 contributionsDelightful stay and this prestigious hotel. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable well fitted out excellent food- Breakfast and dinner, Could no fault it. A big shopping mall within - upmarket and upper price range, all named companies in fashion represented with spa complex extremely well fitted a little pricy though, and centre has another massage company which was also excellent. Recommend for upmarket clientele.Written March 10, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- 2017_HAOxford, UK12 contributionsTucked away down a small side street in Zamalek, this female only spa is a little hidden gem. The staff are friendly and helpful, the range of massages, facials and body treatments are delivered by skilled professional therapists and the treatment rooms are clean and peaceful. I enjoyed time out here as a treat and come back whenever I’m in the area. Recommended!Written June 16, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tjoni JLuxor, Egypt17 contributionsThis is one of my favourite places in Maadi. The gardens are a lovely place to get your feet onto the earth, and has some shade at most times of day. The cafe has a good selection of healthy food to choose from, though the selection is sometimes limited. I haven't been to a class here but the yoga space looks wonderful. I come here to do my work as there are lots of comfy place to set up the computer both inside and outside.Written August 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Naija Babe 2016Nigeria9,876 contributionsI booked a Express Pedicure and 60 minute Traditional Thai Massage at the Heavenly Spa by Westin. This spa brand will always have a special place in my heart because I got to try out some very unique massages at the Heavenly Spa in Westin, Mena Seyahi, Dubai a few years ago. This is where I got a 'Rain' Massage, done with rain sticks; a most interesting experience I must say! Anyway, this spa is beautiful. The staff are friendly and sweet. I started with the pedicure in the early afternoon, and came back for the Thai massage in the evening, as I was staying at the Westin hotel.
I was offered a yummy guava and cinnamon welcome drink on both occasions. For my pedicure, SHAYMAA was very professional and capable. She did a great job with my feet. Her pedicure was done very gently and I really enjoyed my clean, supple and soft feet afterwards. For my Thai massage, the therapist was PANNADA. She was equally as polite, though not as well-versed in English as Shaymaa. She washed my feet in her oval bowl with salt crystals. My massage was incredible! She eased away all my aches, pains and tensions. Her techniques were superb! She very skillfully manipulated and manoeuvred me just how I like it! The only thing I would have added to the experience was for her to step on my back, which is one of my most favorite Thai massage techniques. Maybe that move is done in the 90 minute session. I also wished Pannada covered my eyes with that small eye bean bag that they normally use when they are doing the frontal massage. I had to struggle to keep my eyes closed when I flipped over. Another slight issue was with the Egyptian lady that escorted me to the changing room. She didn't seem to speak a word of English, so we couldn't communicate, which shouldn't be the case since I don't speak Arabic, and this is an spa in an international hotel. Other things that I would have liked was to be provided with pyjamas, which are customary for Thai massages. I don't really like having to endlessly clutch a towel to my chest during a massage session, so the p.js would have been much better. I was provided with disposable boxer shorts instead. Though my Therapist asked me which areas of my body I wanted her to concentrate on, (and she did), I prefer to fill a guest form giving these details. It's just neater and more representative of a world class spa such as this.
The spa is very lovely. They have all the necessary amenities. I took full advantage of the Sauna, Steam Room and Hot Tub. I'm glad they forewarned me the pool area was mixed! Everything was sparkling clean and very organized. I particularly loved my treatment room, with it's authentic Thai accents and mattress on the floor! I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed both my experiences at the Heavenly Spa by Westin, and I will look forward to returning at some future date by the special grace of God! 🙏🏽Written January 23, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. This was during the end of Ramadan and thus limited working hours, but the owner of the spa and the ladies who worked there really went far out of their way to accommodate us, showing tremendous hospitality. Each woman in our group loved their experience, some had the Moroccan baths, others medical massages and relaxation massages. The fact that the place is for ladies only made the atmosphere very comfortable for us, as a bit of a bachelorette treat. Lastly, we all found the place very hygienic and felt comfortable leaving our personal items in the lockers at reception.Written April 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sanka1 🇱🇰🇬🇧Bicester, UK5,913 contributionsExtremely good and clean spa located within the Cairo Marriott hotel. We visited for massages and facials for my better half and it was great. It was busy with so many bookings so we didn't get to go on a couples massage, however we decided to get massages on different days. The pricing is a bit higher than expected but this might be tourist pricing fit for visitors to the hotel. The service was great with experts at work there.Written January 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
