Korean War is a defining moment in East Asia and directly led to the formation of South Korea. This huge museum serves as an elaborative story of the conflict. While the narrative is pro-South (much anticipated, right), the illustration is in great details and chronicles each battle and civilian actions during the gruesome stalemate. Even for non-interested visitors, the sizable display of weaponry and planes is still eye-catching. Interesting this place right next to the Defense Department as well as US military base.

The best metro I’ve been to!
Clean, cheap, organised, simple to use and spacious.
    Mind the allocation of seats.

Be prepared for the crowd. Lots of food options not just to dine in but also to buy back souvenirs. If buying banchan they will vacum pack them for you. Prices are Similar most stalls. No hard selling. When eating there do take note they will require each person to order a dish at least. Food comes quick and you just pass them your dishes when done.

This is the place of Korea's tallest building and most upscale shopping mall. Lotte World Mall is the synonym of Gangnam Style: flashy, pretentious and ostentatious. Nearly all the luxury brands has a boutique here. Even if you are not here to spend a huge fortune, a simple walk around the huge mall is still an enjoyable experience.

Nanta Theater is a mix of drama, traditional music and dance, magic, and even Korean hapkido (martial arts). Give yourself up to half a day to enjoy it…Nanta is completely authentic and unique. A comedic modern remake of traditional Andong’s Hahoe maul (village) mask dance with ceremonial clanging and Halla’s Huhm dance, this show has been running for 2.5 decades…Yes, you know it’s gotta be good. In Hahoe style, there has to be a love scene, a clown personality, the boss-man, and lots of drumming (buk) and noise! Kids young and old—even white seniors young at heart—had a hoot! Tickets cost roughly $50 per adult. At MyeongDong 4-Gil in the UNESCO building, Nanta Theatre is above Mano di Chef and signs, across from Pretty Skin. It’s like a shopping and food Mecca on the street (so bring cash if you want a smoothie or fruity/baked treat). You can buy tickets online or pick up on the day of the show, checking in no later than 5 pm. Catch a quick bite to eat in the upscale Lotte Department store here; without a Korean phone number you cannot order from kiosks, but behind the grocery mart are queues, on obtaining a beeping locator for tray-carts and visa-paid food delivery from restaurant counters. The show runs for 1.5 hours with a washroom on site—albeit not easily wheelchair accessed. Visitors to Seoul cannot miss all this drama!

A fun day out with my 6 year old son who enjoyed all the rides, including the roller coaster and other scary exciting rides that teenagers and other adults love. The theme park is clean and well-maintained even though it is packed with mostly students and young adults even on a weekday. Worthwhile to get the Magic Pass so you don't have to queue for hours for the popular rides. The worst ride for me was the Comet Express which was rapid spinning for two minutes. It was the worst two minutes of my life! Came out feeling nauseous and with weak legs! Do exercise caution before you get on any rides if you have certain health conditions.

The museum has a free exhibition and a special one which has an entry fee of 12.000 won. We limited ourselves to the free section. It is an interesting blend of modern art and more dated objects, mainly around 13th century from Korean history. Everything nicely diplayd and arranged over 4 floors, spaceously laid out.

I enjoyed touring this combined indoor and outdoor museum of Korean folk culture. Some of the visual displays are extremely awesome. You can sit on a rock or walk into the changing immersive digital display/exhibition and become a part of The Mysterious Village. This is a top 10% decile in Korea, and offers most of the displayed information in Korean and English.

It's just a big shopping mall and quite a lot of varieties. The library looks great and is a good photo spot. You can spend half a day there if you like shopping.

Came here for a free concert. Inside the hall was big and nice. The exterior is nice too, beautiful architecture. Outside, nice place to roam around with nature and have a nice meal on the bench. You can also walk around here, look at the beautiful fall leaves and trees.
