We got there for the changing of the guard ceremony at 11am. The palace and changing of the guard was well worth the visit. The palace has lots to see and the changing of the guard is signalled in advance by the beating of a drum. The drum is the signal to work your way back to the courtyard where the changing of the guard occurs.

Excellent museum of Korean wars. Primarily, Koreans were defending themselves from invaders and fighting for freedom. I especially liked the portions dealing with ancient Korean history. I was very intrigued by the Joseon Dynasty’s Korean turtle warship, which was used during the 15th to 19th century period. No entry fee.

Extensive collection of artifacts, very organized, museum is completely free. We spent about 3 hours there on a rainy Friday afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. Audioguide app is bad (short descriptions, robotic voice, you have to bring your own headphones). The architecture of the building is stunning, museum shop is nice

This is an amazing museum. We only did pavilion 2 which is the modern art . The building design and execution is amazing. There was an excellent collection of really interesting pieces . The free audio interactive guide was the best I have ever used . A truly memorable place to spend a morning!

I enjoyed touring this combined indoor and outdoor museum of Korean folk culture. Some of the visual displays are extremely awesome. You can sit on a rock or walk into the changing immersive digital display/exhibition and become a part of The Mysterious Village. This is a top 10% decile in Korea, and offers most of the displayed information in Korean and English.

    Very very impressive!
I didn't expect much from this visit, but it ended up with surprise and delight!
It was well organized, very intriguing.
Some new ICT was properly used for exhibitions.

A large collection of beautiful art housed throughout the many museum rooms. Some of the exhibition sections sections are free to view and others can be views by paying a modest entrance fee. At the payment area, a sign says no photo taking. Thus, I took none of the interior exhibits.

It is located within Gyeongbokgung Palace. Entrance is free. Inside the museum, you can collect beautiful stamps. A brief history about the past Korea. A lot of exhibition changing from time to time. Make sure to come here when you are in Seoul.

This is a cool place and it is included in the Discover Seoul Pass.

It is conveniently located in insadong. You can also visit the KimchiKan and colorpool museum as they are on the same street.

There are quite a few interesting exhibits for you to take some cool photos.

Nice Contemporary Art Museum. The building itself is lovely and a really awesome place for art. I quite liked some of the art, especially some nice video art. Small tip: If you go to the coffee shop Fritz first that is also in the building you’ll get a 20% discount on enterance fee (without discount 15.000 for adults).

(Trip Advisor says it’s currently closed but it’s open as of 15th Sep 22)

Came here for a free concert. Inside the hall was big and nice. The exterior is nice too, beautiful architecture. Outside, nice place to roam around with nature and have a nice meal on the bench. You can also walk around here, look at the beautiful fall leaves and trees.

I found many of the displays of interest and informative. I learned of many things that were first developed in Korea, including clothing designs and trend setting.
