- cerije872 contributionsThe space is very interesting and beautiful, however they have to improve the service of caffetteria. Expensive and ‘nothing special’ drink and the worst service.Written August 11, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JHLSeoul, South Korea9,341 contributionsThis is a civic center in remembrance of the former president, Roh Moo-Hyun. But, you can also visit here just to drink a coffee or to read books.
- The location is a bit away from crowded area. It's a good 5~10 min walk from the main gate of Changdeokgung Palace.
- In a small public library-sized building, it has a coffee shop, library, exhibitions, video rooms, phone booths, outdoor terrace, etc.Written October 5, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
