The space is very interesting and beautiful, however they have to improve the service of caffetteria. Expensive and ‘nothing special’ drink and the worst service.

This is a civic center in remembrance of the former president, Roh Moo-Hyun. But, you can also visit here just to drink a coffee or to read books.
    - The location is a bit away from crowded area. It's a good 5~10 min walk from the main gate of Changdeokgung Palace.
    - In a small public library-sized building, it has a coffee shop, library, exhibitions, video rooms, phone booths, outdoor terrace, etc.
