Travel Team Georgia was recommended to me and Ilia was my tour guide. We spent Saturday exploring the Kakheti region and Sunday doing a tour of old Tbilisi and also Mtshketa. Ilia was one of the most knowledgeable guides I have had the pleasure of meeting. He really knew his history and spoke excellent English. He obviously takes pride in his work and wants to ensure that you have a memorable experience. - Natalie S3 contributionsWe really enjoyed the free walking tour. We booked through freetours.com and it worked out very well. Our guide, Nodo, was very knowledgeable and did a great job in summarizing all the important historical and political points without being boring :D Georgia has a long history and it's shown all over the city. It actually sparked my interest to read more about the history and politics in this area of the world. He also talked about Georgian culture and gave recommendations for all kinds of things (restaurants, shopping, sulfur baths, pubs, etc.). Needless to say, I can highly recommend going on one of their tours!

The boutique is beautiful inside and very private which we liked. They had a great selection of jewelry in stock that we viewed and tried on. They also offered us a glass of wine to sip on while we viewed the pieces. We shopped around at other smaller and larger jewelry shops in Tbilisi and December 6ths prices where by far the best. We also got a tax refund when leaving Georgia as they had Tax Free Shopping. I never felt awkward or bored travelling alone! Additionally, you will never feel ripped off as a tourist. Anri does his job with a layer of dedication and dignity.
