Hernando is truly a lovely person, an amazing tour guide, and was a pleasure to venture through Colombia with. He had a great private tour planned, was able to incorporate everything that we wanted to see and do, and gave us so many experiences that were so unique and authentic.
The horses were so well cared for and clearly loved by their wonderful owners. They were sure footed and calm on the whole tour, I felt very safe and attached to my wonderful steed. The places that we ate and spent the night were so hospitable, we felt like we were staying with friends and all sharing some truly beautiful and authentic meals together.
Not only was our tour about horses and the stunning scenery, but we also got to have authentic experiences riding through small towns, meeting locals and sharing a beer, swimming by a small cascade, being surprised with a gorgeous chocolate cake for my birthday, playing Tejo, seeing how ceramics and other crafts native to the area are made - and of course swapping stories with our amazing hosts!
I have to also highlight that we had plans in Bogota after the end of our tour, and not only did Hernando connect us to multiple people to help set up more unique experiences throughout our time in Colombia, but also made sure we got transported to our next adventure destination.
So! All this to say, I had never been to Colombia before and I will forever be endlessly grateful that this was the horse riding tour that I chose, this was the first experience I had as soon as I got off the plane, and that this is how I celebrated my 30th birthday! The experience was nothing less than amazing.
Very professional organization from A to Z.
They took care of the trip, flights, hotels, tours and tailored daily guide that is rich in history, interesting information about the places and what to do (you won’t get bored in any city), support on daily basis across the clock, and daily schedule and reminders, even the flights check-in and boarding passes.
Seamless trip, I didn’t have to worry about anything except enjoying my time and collecting countless memories.
I am super glad that they helped me in my adventure, it was indeed worth it.

Booked a 4 day trip to Tatacoe desert and had such an amazing trip that we ended up adding an extra 3 days to do Nevado Del Ruiz. Brandon was very accomdating at adjusting to our needs and planning our extended tour and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Another highlight on this trip was our guide (friend) Richard. Throughout the tour Richard provided lots of knowledge, endless amounts of comedy and lots of days of good riding!
Mary was very accomdating at the end of our tour welcoming us back with a beer and letting us relax at their place for a couple hours! The food was incredible and our hostesses in every location were welcoming and helpful. Also, during our whale watching trip, our boat kept a reasonable distance from the whales. This is important since we noticed that other companies were too close. This is not a good practice as the whales get stressed out and may not come back to the site. Our boat always kept the distance. Tip: During your trip planning keep in mind that the airlines flying in/out (i.e., Satena and Clic) are highly unreliable. Please give yourself enough time as they are well known for not respecting schedules and having extremely rude personnel.
