There are tours in English an Spanish, and the climate of Cochabamba allows for a leisurely stroll through the property, or just sit and enjoy the landscaped grounds and gardens
This is my favorite place in Cochabamba; a mansion built by Simon Patiño, a mastermind businessmen of the early 20th century.
With our guide Ronald from Koala tours who speaks perfectly English we had a interesting visit of the mines, giving some gifts to the miners and experiencing a little bit of their daily life.
Excellent tour with Koala Tours (120 Bolivianos) who provide wellies, overalls, helmet and head torch but most importantly an authentic trip into a real working part of the mine!

I made it with a (very informative) tour guide and guess I understood a lot more like that of Tiwanaku culture (I did it as a one day tour from LA Paz with Diana Tours and was very content with the guide).

We spent a couple of hours admiring the historical artwork and wandering around this beautifully restored building and church.
This is a great museum and the most extensive one I've been to in Bolivia - the guided tour lasting a bit over 2 hours.

The convent is beautifully restored and well worth a visit, it’s absolutely lovely inside and there’s great views from the top.
La Higuera Santa Cruz
There is a small souvenir store across the street, the only with Che’s souvenirs besides the one across the park by the Franciscan misión museum.
