Mohammed Al Ameen mosque was completed in 2014 - my favourite mosque in Oman at night, its golden domes and azure blue building making it stand out against the night sky - breathtaking.
Very beautiful mosque, a must sea from inside and out and nice reciting by the Imam who reads like Abdul Baset abdulsamad

This building is absolutely gorgeous, great options to have a delicious dinner and also good places for cocktails and drinks inside (Caramel is my favourite place for both) An awesome combination of music and beauty.

Very informative, well set out, clean and for a museum the displays actually look quite modern.

Finishing point : near the old market in Mutrah, you will come out an alleyway near Al riyam park (10min walk) There are views of the Sultan's yachts, the large Incense burner, the sea port and the mountains.
You can either start from Mutrah souq area (Graveyard side) or Al Riyam park side.
