- Ahuvah6133 contributionsYoran Palchik was an excellent teacher. His instructions were clear, he skillfully progressed through more complicated moves at a perfect pace. He checked in often to see how I was feeling. He encouraged me and I felt comfortable and powerful.
I was proud to discover that I have a strong will to protect myself.
This was enjoyable, good exercise, and also important in building confidence.
Yoran was very easy to trust and to learn from. I am almost 60 years old and not a "typical athlete" - he admired what I could do. I did not feel embarrassed at all.
This was an energizing experience and I feel proud. The place has a magical and beautiful vibe that nurture your soul and helps you find that positive energy that you have inside.

Booked a lesson and was met by Mona by Gazoz beach. Went down to the play area and met my Teacher Ronen. We shared some Mango before the lesson for energy and we were at it. He is a great teacher. Like Yoda to young Luke Skywalker. Supurb sense of humor. He speaks great English as well. Learned so much I had to go back the next day. Shared more mango played for an hour and sat under an umbrella with Ronen and his friends sipping coffee and playing backgammon. What a great life. Thank you Mona and Ronen for making the Local Tel Aviv experience accessable to all. She has a very good method to teach pilates on the machines, so you learn in an easy and safe way.
