Erica was fantastic. Atmosphere super relaxing. I wish I had time to enjoy the Hammam, sauna and pool.

BUT!!! Once these people get a hold of your credit card they will never stop charging you - EVER!
I signed up for an unlimited and last February (a year ago) when I was at the gym asked them to cancel my membership, because I was relocating.
I was told "no problem"
2 months later they continued to charge my card.
I called the customer support and a lady responded saying someone will give me a callback in 48 hours - no one ever did.
As the pandemic began with quarantine and and calling them became completely impossible.
in December 2020 - I cancelled my credit card to stop paying for gym I no longer go to. I don't know how but they keep charging me on the new Credit Card that I myself never even received!
Today is March 2021 (more than a year later) they are still charging me a monthly pay.
