I got in touch with Shai and he couldn't have been more helpful with my ordering it online. Once it was made, it was shipped by FedEx and I received it in just a few days. The owner at Mamila told us that when we reach Tel-Aviv, we could go to Raphael’s store to shop for more products.
The minute we approached Raphael’s, we were greeted with a warm and inviting smile. We were offered water and immediately were thanked for coming to Israel during this time.
I told Raphael that I was looking for a gift for my friends back in America but I wanted a cool Hamsa for their homes as gifts. He was super helpful and made sure everything was packed and wrapped so it would not get damaged on the way home. He gave me the website just in case I need to order more things. I can’t recommend enough this store for all your needs. To this day, I am still using the Baby Teva "An Ounce of Prevention" room spray to make my home office smell fantastic. I was just shocked to be able to find such high fashion in a city where most of the people wear jeans and flip flops. They carry truly exclusive names, like Rick Owens and lots of Italian and French designers. It's very edgy stuff, not the things you'd find at a duty free designer shop at Heathrow or Charles De Gaulle Airports. Ofer, the owner really knows fashion and loves it. He is wonderful at helping you find the perfect piece.It's a bit expensive, as it should be, but the clothing is really well made and the best labels. All the pieces are thoughtfully made using 18k gold with interesting diamonds and stones. I decided to visit the store the next day to actually take a look at the jewelry that caught my eye from the window display. What I found during my visit was breathtaking. 😱The most unique pieces of jewelry I have ever seen. I purchased so many items ...and wanted even more!! I highly recommend a trip to the store for the awesome selection of unique jewelry. I can't wait for my next visit to add more to my collection. Whenever I wear any of the items I purchased, I get so many compliments on how unique and eye-catching the jewelry pieces are. Haia shop is one of this Tel avivian places - small, cozy and special. With warm service you can explore the middle east creation in fashion.
The cloths are beautiful and full of style.

I was visiting Tel Aviv from America and came across this store. The employees all spoke perfect english and offered me coffee, water or soda which was so nice on a hot summer day. I ordered something online after visiting the store and the process was easy and enjoyable.
