It made a TREMENDOUS difference. We rented from AllDayWifi for 8 days and ordered 2 museum passes. The whole experience unfolded without a hitch, including communication via email. We requested the passes and portable device be delivered to our hotel and everything waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived in Istanbul. The package included a carrying case, cable, Wifi unit, and portable charging station. Coverage was absolutely uninterrupted all over Istanbul, including our day trip to the Asian side. A couple of times the Wifi in our hotel went out, but our AllDayWifi was still working perfectly. We had 3 to 4 devices connected to it. I just can’t say enough good things about it. Basically, we will never travel abroad again without the benefit of some rented Wifi service. I guess it‘s the only place to rent reliable big bikes in good condition! around Istanbul! Very easy with check in/check out, helpful suggestions where to go on a daily tour. Will def come again.

The WiFi box was not in the agreed pickup point in the airport, leaving me stranded in a foreign country without wifi. Finding my way to my hotel was exceedingly difficult as I speak no Turkish.
on top of this, they did not send the pocket wifi by courier to my hotel as they promised they would, did not answer calls or respond to emails and their WhatsApp messages were terse and very sporadic and no apology was ever given! I did eventually get a refund but I was still short a few euro due to the international transaction so I was ultimately out of pocket for a service that was never received. These guys left me completely high and dry and their wilful incompetence negatively impacted the quality of my trip. Deplorable!!!!
