A very big thank you to Oguzhan for making our trip to Istanbul so memorable. He is extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and for a history enthusiast like myself it was an absolute blast all day. He is really friendly, he knows many of the locals, and was even proactive in making sure other groups didn't skip the lines ahead of us when they tried. He reworked our itinerary to best avoid peak crowds at the most popular sites. But what stood out the most was how much we learned. You know you're in good hands when a random guy on the street tells you "that's a good man." If you're looking for the best guide to show you around this magnificent ancient city, this is it. Look no further!

It was pleasant to see Istanbul from the boat and the Princes Islands are nice but the time there was short.
We booked transport from our hotel to the port and it was a MISTAKE. They were not well organised to get there on time because if I compare it to the taxis that take you to the airport and are on time, they could get there on time. They made us wait 45 minutes until I decided to take the tram so as not to miss the excursion.
The music was too loud on the boat. The food was ok. The guide was nice.

Hi everyone. First of all, thanks to Istanbul Epass team for your continuous support provided by the team 24 x 7.
I never felt that i am visting Turkey for the first time, for me it was an easy go trip because of Istanbul E pass. Whenever I need a support they are available online. The service is really amazing.

The next thing is the attraction included in the e pass. I covered almost all I needed to visit within the duration. Every place you guys have a proper and disciplined facility/ hospitality arranged.

We booked ourselves a day trip to Sapanca and Masukiye with a tour company called LIVE LIFE TRAVEL just to get away from busy Istanbul and it was an excellent idea. Travelling together with different nationalities makes it even more interesting as you tend to see sceneries from their angle too. Very beautiful sceneries overall (except for the many stops to Specialist shops and markets to try and entice tourists to buy eg honeys, coffees, locum and jewelry, etc) but then I suppose this is a good way to ensure that businesses on the outskirts of main cities also sell their wares and so it becomes part of the tour. An overall great tour.

I don’t even know where to start.
So, the day before the tour, we were told to meet at point A, but as we were reaching point A the next day, the guide texted me saying to meet at point B. We got to point B, then we were put on the wrong bus. Lucky there was just too many people to fit in that bus so they realized we were on the wrong bus.
Once we took off, the guide just said “I won’t be talking much because I’m fasting.” Um… no offense but either this job isn’t for him or Ramadan isn’t the best time for tourists. The itinerary says there would be cable car ride and hobbit house, but somehow we didn’t go to those places, the guide said cable car was closed but it was operating with passengers on it that we saw other tour groups went to. At the end of tour, the guide sort of made a joke saying “so our tour has cut short, we’ll be back to Istanbul early, just in time when my fasting ends. Haha.” It really made me feel like the tour was catered to him and the tour was no more than just a transportation service.
One great thing I must compliment about this tour was Aslan Park we visited. It was part of an amusement park and they had kept quite some big cool cats in good condition(of course they could use more space but after all this ain’t Africa) unfortunately we had only 45min there. I will definitely visit this park again.
After the park we went to this zip line spot, which is 150m back and forth(200TL) end in 2 min, I wasn’t even allowed to take video/photos of my child going down the zip line because they wanted to sell photos to me afterwards, and the photos they took were just not good at all, I was not going to pay for only half of my kid’s face for the photo. I was a bit annoyed and it got even worse when we spent the money(1000TL/2p)for the ATV ride, finally got to the scenic point, but the whole spot where you can take unblocked view photo is a prohibited blocked area, only their authorized photographer is allowed to take photos, and of course that costs extra money.
Long story short, aside from the animals and the nature, I don’t know what to recommend.

Just the right length of time to visit each of the islands. Great service from collection at the hotel to the finish, with lunch laid on in between. Lots of wonderful sights to see capped off by dolphins on the way home.

One star less because its a long tour. Not that it's not mentioned in the inclusion pack, its just that it could have been made shorter. Taking to all those tie-up businesses like Turkish delight store, jam store on the way to uludag and then later on return stop over at Blue museum again next to slik Market and stop overs make the tour longish.
This tour would be great for shoppers as well as feel some snow at the top of uludag. Without a guided tour it would be difficult to search for things to do and book at the mountain. So might have to deal with some tradeoffs.
family with children would prefer a more customised option to enjoy activities and cut off all these shopping time.

This trip is not suitable for elderly as it is quite a long trip and if they dont participate in activities such as zip line and atv, they will simply be waiting for the group to until they finish.
Visited Sapanca lake.. it was quite hot .. took some good photos but dont expect much.. if you are going with friends it might be enjoyable to sit on one of the cafes and have an ice cream.
Masuyikia & muhamadiya towns were nice but waterfalls were small. We did the zip lining which was enjoyable.. and not too high so suitable for kids. Lunch was less than average.
The highlight of the trip was mount Kertepe were we did the atv tour and visited the glass terrace. Our tour guide Jumaa was very nice and took care of the whole group.

The day trip tour to Uludağ Mountain was an exhilarating experience. The scenic drive offered breathtaking views, and the guide’s insights added depth to the journey. However, some might find the tour rushed due to the breadth of attractions covered in a single day. Overall, it’s an excellent way to get a taste of Uludağ’s beauty and adventure.
    Lovely staffs! Would highly recommend!
