Our tour guide, Jeewa, was so energetic and enthusiastic throughout our trip and was extremely knowledgable, answering all of our questions about the nature, history and culture of Sri-Lanka. His navigation along the mountain terrain and coastal roads was impressive. Rather than becoming irritated when there was a change in plan at the last minute, Jeewa was incredibly flexible and accommodating , making us feel comfortable and allowing us to visit everything on our itinerary. He was our first tour guide ever and he did not disappoint! It was great value for money. the jet skis were the most fun. with 1500cc engines it has more than enough power. i would recommend riding it for at least 30-45 minutes to really get the hang of it and be able to take it to its limits. the banana boats and doughnuts were also great for a splash!. and as the instructor told us "benthota weve wathura ugurak beela giye naththang wadak nea" (its pointless if you go home without drinking a mouthful of water from teh benthota lake).. the air rifle and archery is very reasonably priced.. great for beginners. it is not too easy that you always hit the bulls eye nor is it too challenging that you will go back disappointed that you missed all 20 shots! :P but always remember to wear ear muffs cos the first shot can be surprisingly loud!Written April 17, 2013This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
