- varadj83Mumbai, India292 contributionsWe were very confused if to go to Bally’s or Bellagio. And we ended up going to Bellagio which turned out to be a GREAT decision.
Staff was friendly and took care of us very well. Drinks and snacks were brought on our table. Dealers were joyful, one particular lady called as Nadee was great host.
I didn’t give 5 stars because the bar and dinner closed down at 2 am which is weird. So technically nothing to drink after 2.

Not very big but being new it has a fragnance of something new. tables are appropriate.

- peter cOttawa, Canada129 contributionsMy son and I went bowling on a Saturday afternoon, it was his first time. The alley was fine but a bit too dark and it made it hard to see. The balls were all a bit large for my son. A few smaller balls would have been great. We liked the arcade next door as well although multiple games were out of service. Playing area was fine and organized,but they can improve with more activities.
Has a underground parking space for the building.

- Bulitha RColombo, Sri Lanka9 contributionsScreen - Amazing quality displays in both with both being large. Screen 2 feels more immersive however compared to screen 1 due to the recliner seats and shorter distance from the screen.
Sounds - Both equipped with Dolby 7.1 and it's great. Not better than Dolby Atmos in scope CCC though.
Cleanliness - Both cinema, outside area and bathrooms are very clean
Snacks - Snacks are pretty good but highly overpriced. A 100 bucks popcorn is 450/- here.
Staff - Not good at all. They are not friendly. Infact they don't even smile at us. They have no idea as to how to treat customers. They are not pleasent with us.0/10 customer service
No break as well which is an exclusive feature here which is great. Too much ads but can not a huge issue. Ticket prices are good but parking should be free not charged.
I visited both screen 1 and screen 2 for Aquaman and Spiderman Into The Spider Verse Respectively. Screen 2 is pretty smaller than screen 1 (it's still huge and immersive) but the seats are inclined well so that you won't be blocked by another person's head in screen 2. Also I experienced that screen 2 seats are more comfortable as well. it was a well planed activity and we enjoyed every second in this activity. Thanks to the team "Mystery Bar", our team had an opportunity to be our own kind of detectives.
